In order to really understand what’s been done to us, you’ve got to first recognize that two distinct scams were involved in getting Americans to passively surrender our most basic rights and accept the escalating hardship and misery that was sure to follow as necessary for our “safety.” And the less dangerous scam is so effectively distracting from its vastly more pernicious mate, that few among even the most skeptical are questioning that bigger and more insidious lie.

Scam 1: Exaggerating the deadliness of COVID-19.

Scam 2: Claiming that isolating healthy people is a scientifically validated medical strategy rather than total bullshit somebody basically made up last week.

With regard to Scam 1, the extent to which COVID-19’s threat has been exaggerated isn’t at all clear. The virus certainly isn’t “at least 10 times deadlier than the flu,” as Dr. Fauci claimed when he was trying to gin up support for depriving us of our rights and wrecking the economy. In fact, we now know for certain that Fauci himself didn’t believe a word of the garbage he so effectively used to terrorize a nation of over 300 million people into suicidal obedience.

You may not have heard but, on March 26, Fauci published an article in the New England Journal of Medicine in which he said:

The overall clinical consequences of Covid-19 may ultimately be more akin to those of a severe seasonal influenza (which has a case fatality rate of approximately 0.1%).

In case you’re wondering, the parenthetical remark is Fauci’s, not mine. Moreover, when Sharyl Attkisson contacted the New England Journal of Medicine to find out about the strange discrepancy between what Fauci tells us and what he says when addressing his peers, she was told his article had been submitted “many weeks ago.”

Chinese Doctor Shi Zhengli was part of a team that working on a coronavirus project jointly with US doctors in 2014 in the United States before it was shut down by the DHS for being too risky.  After the US research project was shut down, Dr. Shi, often referred to as the “Bat Lady,” continued her coronavirus research in Wuhan, China.

Doctor Shi Zhengli from China was part of a team, including Doctor Ralph S. Baric, that published an article in a 2015 edition of Nature Medicine.

Many politicians couldn’t seem less interested in asking this question . . .

Hospitals get paid more money if a patient is coded for the novel coronavirus, even if they haven’t been tested in some states, multiple fact-checking sites have confirmed, including USA Today, Politifact, and Snopes. Hospitals get a 20% add-on for COVID-19-coded patients and roughly three times as much if such patients are placed on a ventilator.

In the beginning of April, physician and State Sen. Scott Jensen (R-MN) notified the public of the policy and later emphasized on Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle” that “anytime health care intersects with dollars, it gets awkward.”

“Right now Medicare has determined that if you have a COVID-19 admission to the hospital you’ll get paid $13,000,” Jensen said on the Fox program. “If that COVID-19 patient goes on a ventilator, you get $39,000; three times as much. Nobody can tell me, after 35 years in the world of medicine, that sometimes those kinds of things [have] impact on what we do.”

“Some physicians really have a bent towards public health and they will put down influenza or whatever because that’s their preference,” he continued. “I try to stay very specific, very precise. If I know I’ve got pneumonia, that’s what’s going on the death certificate. I’m not going to add stuff just because it’s convenient.”

On Facebook, the Republican reiterated, “How can anyone not believe that increasing the number of COVID-19 deaths may create an avenue for states to receive a larger portion of federal dollars. Already some states are complaining that they are not getting enough of the CARES Act dollars because they are having significantly more proportional COVID-19 deaths.”

“Hospital administrators might well want to see COVID-19 attached to a discharge summary or a death certificate. Why? Because if it’s a straightforward, garden-variety pneumonia that a person is admitted to the hospital for – if they’re Medicare – typically, the diagnosis-related group lump sum payment would be $5,000,” he added on April 19. “But if it’s COVID-19 pneumonia, then it’s $13,000, and if that COVID-19 pneumonia patient ends up on a ventilator, it goes up to $39,000.”

Dr. Dan Erickson of Bakersfield, CA, an ER physician, just dropped multiple bombshells that are diametrically opposed to Dr. Anthony Fauci’s guidance.

He emphatically stated we no longer need to stay at home or shutter businesses. He believes COV-19 is no more dangerous than the flu. Quarantining is a health hazard in of itself.

One comment he made is even more disturbing. He said ER doctors are pressured to add COVID-19 to death certificates. He said this is not about science or keeping us safe. It’s about controlling us.
