PART I. America’s Recurring Nightmare: Unconstitutional Intelligence Gathering Abuses and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA)

FISA’s section 702 and other components that permit and govern warrantless intelligence gathering on foreign targets located abroad were originally set to expire on December 23, 2023.

Only months prior, a fresh scandal broke that the FBI had abused the warrantless search tool yet again by weaponizing it against American citizens for their activities while on US soil.

According to the well-established doctrine of the exclusionary rule in this country, this intelligence and all subsequent evidence gathered from these illegal, warrantless searches is tainted and inadmissible.

The House of Representatives is finalizing a bill to continue their FISA warrantless spying on American citizens.

It appears the House is ready to pass this forward — even after the federal government was caught illegally spying on President Trump – and got away with it!

Rep. Thomas Massie reported on Monday that Congress gave itself a carve out in the reauthorization of the FISA 702 warrantless spying bill.

The corrupt Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) opened itself up to incredible ridicule online with a post boasting about combatting organized retail theft.

As Gateway Pundit readers know, looting has become a national crisis thanks to far-left prosecutors in major cities refusing to prosecute retail theft crimes in the name of “social justice.” Businesses from San Francisco to Washington D.C. are either closing or moving because the young thieves keep stealing their items while law enforcement does nothing.

The hard truth is primarily young people of color are committing retail thefts as part of organized flash mobs, though the media conveniently avoids addressing this fact.

But here is the FBI post in question regarding looting. Notice anything wrong with the picture?

On Friday, in a Federal Court In Atlanta, Georgia, University of Michigan Professor of Computer Science and Engineering J. Alex Halderman testified in front of Judge Amy Totenberg’s courtroom in the Culling vs. Raffensperger lawsuit on the insecure Dominion voting machines used in Georgia elections since 2020.

As reported earlier, during his testimony, Halderman was able to HACK A DOMINION VOTING MACHINE and change the tabulations in front of U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg and the entire courtroom!

Halderman USED ONLY A PEN TO CHANGE VOTE TOTALS!  His testimony was part of a long-running lawsuit by election integrity activists set as a bench trial.

In a fiery exchange last month, CNN anchorwoman Abby Phillip told GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy that there was “no evidence” to support his claim that federal agents abetted protesters at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

Ramaswamy shot back that the FBI conspicuously has never denied that law enforcement agents were on duty in the crowd. He argued that federal officials have repeatedly “lied” to the American people about not only that investigation but one that has gotten much less attention: the alleged failed plot to kidnap and kill Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan in 2020.

FBI whistleblower Steve Friend has a warning for Americans: our bloated bureaucracy sees We the People as its “primary enemy.”

Friend is a former FBI agent, a fellow at the Center for Renewing America, and co-host of "American Radicals" podcast. He speaks truths the government would prefer to keep hidden on many platforms, including on Twitter/X.

His internal knowledge of the FBI and government bureaucracy led him to make a chilling comparison on Dec. 3. Hydra Host co-founder Aaron Ginn had noted, “The FBI went to great lengths to track down every grandma and grandpa associated with Jan 6th. In the last two months, we have terrorist sympathizers waving the Palestinian flag and wearing a keffiyeh in our streets and they do nothing.”

Why would that be? Friend had an answer. “The @FBI is wholly focused on targeting political conservatives and Christians for engaging in 1st Amendment protected activities. It is an intelligence-gathering agency willing and able to inflict violence to deprive people of their freedom. The FBI is the KGB,” he said, referring to the former Soviet secret police/intelligence.

House Rep. Clay Higgins has been exposing the deep corruption in the FBI and the blatant involvement of the FBI in manufacturing the false narrative of the alleged insurrection that occurred on January 6th, 2021.

FBI Director Christopher Wray was being questioned by Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) during a Wednesday hearing when a Democrat politician tried to stop Higgins from speaking.

Higgins, the Republican committee chair of the House Homeland Security Committee, was grilling Wray about whether or not FBI agents and informants were bused into Washington, D.C. on January 6th, 2021 to blend in with Trump supporters and breach the Capitol.

More FBI whistleblowers stepped forward recently to tell Congress that Chris Wray’s FBI is now targeting agents based on their political beliefs. The whistleblowers allege that FBI brass is now harassing military veterans for being loyal to the US and fitting the profile of a Trump supporter.

The latest FBI whistleblowers identified FBI Special Agent in Charge of Miami Office Jeffrey Veltri and Supervisory Special Agent-Assistant Section Chief Dena Perkins.

Agent Veltri was recently moved to Florida in March of this year where he heads up the all important Miami Office. Since President Donald Trump left office the FBI has been busy harassing the president and raiding his home in Palm Beach.
