As he sat in the Oval Office behind the Resolute Desk (which notably has been in the Oval since 1880 and was made from wood of the British boat HMS Resolute, a gift from Queen Victoria), he spoke to reporters from the White House press corps, answering questions, joking around, and generally offering a level of transparency to the workings of the executive office that has not been seen during these past four years.

He rescinded the 78 orders that Biden signed that rescinded his orders. He instituted a regulatory freeze to stop government bureaucrats from issuing any new regulations until his administration has control of government and freeze on federal hiring. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals rules *unanimously* to *permanently* block OSHA mandate from taking effect nationwide, effectively vacating Biden’s executive order.

The Ruling sides with Texas, but is a *nationwide* injunction.

One Reagan and two Trump Judges made the ruling.

In their ruling, the Judges cited a tweet by MSM re WH COS admitting Biden Admin was trying to circumvent Constitution to force people to be vaccinated.

Only appeal now is thru Justice Alito to SCOTUS.

The Biden-Harris government has issued nearly 300 executive orders to implement its mass immigration and open-border policies, according to Senator John Kennedy (R-LA). Additionally, the Louisiana Republican stressed this all occurred during Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s first year in office.

Thank goodness, after fumbling border security for almost his entire administration, President Joe Biden is finally ready to take control and protect Americans.

Well, kind of. And only because he’s desperately trying to improve his image before the November election.

The Biden administration has had an infamously bad border, allowing millions to cross illegally into the country since he took office.

Worse yet, the massive issue is entirely his fault as when he first took office in 2021, he undid nearly everything that former President Donald Trump had done to secure the southern border.

Months from the 2024 presidential election, Americans remain mostly in the dark about a sweeping executive order Joe Biden signed early in his presidency that could swing the entire contest in his favor. New bombshell documents obtained by the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project reinforce that is precisely the point of the directive — and the administration is working in cahoots with left-wing activist groups to achieve it.

In March 2021, President Biden signed an “Executive Order on Promoting Access to Voting.” The administration inked the directive, apparently the brainchild of leftist think-tank Demos, to cheers from dozens of like-minded but officially nonpartisan nongovernmental organizations.

Mississippi’s Republican Secretary of State Michael Watson is raising the alarm after discovering that Democrat President Joe Biden’s executive order is registering ineligible convicts and illegal aliens to vote.

Watson has sent a letter to Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) asking it to stop enforcing the executive order.

In a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland, Watson wrote:

“As you are aware, on March 7, 2021, President Biden issued Executive Order No. 14019 which sought to turn the Department of Justice agencies from their historical missions of law enforcement to voter registration and get-out-the-vote operations.

“These efforts are an intrusion into state matters and are a misuse of federal revenue and resources.

President Trump intends to sign an executive order that would put at risk federal research funding to colleges and universities that fail to protect free speech on campus, he announced Saturday.

“Today I am proud to announce that I will be very soon signing an executive order requiring colleges and universities to support free speech if they want federal research dollars,” the president said during a speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Oxon Hill, Md.

“If they want our dollars, and we give it to them by the billions, they’ve got to allow people like Hayden and many other great young people and old people, to speak, free speech,” said Trump. “If they don’t, it will be very costly. That will be signed very soon.”

The specific details of Trump’s executive order are unknown.

The president’s announcement came after he brought on stage Hayden Williams, a conservative activist with Turning Point USA who was punched in the face Feb. 19 at the University of California, Berkeley.

Campus police on Saturday arrested Zachary Greenberg, who allegedly was behind the attack on Williams. Bail for Greenberg, 28, was set at $30,000.

Trump joked that Williams “could take a punch” and urged him to sue not only Greenberg “forever,” but also the University of California, Berkeley.

“He took a hard punch in the face for all of us, remember that,” Trump said. “He took a punch for all of us, and we can never allow that to happen. And in closing with Hayden, here is the good news: He is going to be a very wealthy young man.”

Joe Biden is using the presidency to turn nearly the entire federal government into a DNC voter registration machine ahead of the 2024 election, with a special focus on mass registering “voters of color.”

The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project revealed in a thread on X that “the rigging of the 2024 election is well underway,” as “Biden has tasked the entirety of the federal government to work directly with Democrat Get-Out-The-Vote operations” – which are now giving instructions to federal employees as they use taxpayer dollars to hit their goal of registering 3 million new Democrat voters per year.

In the flurry of President Joe Biden’s executive orders was one that was almost entirely overlooked but could easily end up having the biggest impact.

The order also seems harmless enough, going by the seemingly innocent title “Modernizing Regulatory Review.” Except this order isn’t about modernizing regulations. It’s about unleashing the regulatory state with a ferocity never before seen in this country.

Biden’s order – which didn’t get released to the press until late in the evening of his first day – aims to effectively toss the cost-benefit analysis that for many decades has served as at least a modest brake on the ambitions of regulators. In the past, regulations where the cost of compliance far exceeded the benefits could be stymied by the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs.

Biden wants the review process instead to be “a tool to affirmatively promote regulations” and “to ensure swift and effective federal action” on everything from the pandemic, to the economy, to racial inequality, to the “undeniable reality and accelerating threat of climate change.” In other words … everything.

Clyde Wayne Crews, a regulation expert at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, said that Biden’s order is “likely to do away with cost-benefit analysis by elevating unquantifiable aims as benefits and deny costs of regulation altogether.” In doing so, it will “put weight on the scales of whether or not to regulate such that the answer will always be in the affirmative.”

The leftist Huffington Post cheered the news, calling Biden’s order “game changing” and saying “the memo could unleash a wave of stronger regulations to reduce income inequality, fight climate change and protect public health. Among left-leaning experts on regulation, it’s a signal that Biden could break with 40 years of conservative policy.”

The site quoted James Goodwin, a senior policy analyst at the Center for Progressive Reform, who said “I realize what I’m about to say to you sounds absurd. It has the potential to be the most significant action Biden took on day one.”
