These so-called “judges” are having emotional meltdowns over the presidential pardons, and the rule of law is blatantly taking a dangerous backseat to their radical, hysterical emotions.

Over 100 January 6 prisoners have joined together to launch a $50 billion class-action lawsuit against the Department of Justice.

The lawsuit, dubbed the “January 6 Restitution and Wrongful Incarceration Lawsuit,” was the idea of January 6 prisoner Jake Lang, who was been incarcerated for nearly four years for his part in the events at the Capitol.

Lang’s organization Federal Watchdog will be represented by a team of veteran conservative lawyers including Steven Metcalf, Anthony Sabatini, Stephanie Lambert and Jonathan Gross.

The suit will seek compensation for harms as a result of what the plaintiffs describe as “two-tiered justice.” They were “hunted down like animals” after peacefully protesting at the Capitol on 6 January 2021, given inadequate legal representation, handed down harsh sentences and kept in conditions that have caused physical and mental suffering.

“This isn’t just about restitution; it’s about setting a precedent. Weaponized government and lawfare against conservatives can never become the standard in America,” said Lang.

As Jake Lang marks a harrowing 1,400 days imprisonment without trial, the case by the weaponized Biden Department of Justice is starting to fall apart.

Jake, the founder of J6Pardons.com, one of the 1561 January 6 political prisoners, still languishes in a cell in the DC Jail Gulag – denied his Constitutional right to a speedy trial, impartial jury, and humane treatment. It’s very possible that Jake never sees his day in court. Yesterday, Federal Judge Carl Nichols issued a groundbreaking decision to PAUSE his trial indefinitely until President Trump’s administration takes over – claiming the high likelihood of pardons and dismissals. Federal Prosecutor Karen Rochlin couldn’t promise the Judge that there wouldn’t be waste of federal resources and a waste of time for jurors to hear a case that soon be pardoned.

In a fiery letter to the Department of Defense Inspector General, Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA), Chairman of the House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight, exposed the “systemic failure” within the Pentagon on January 6, 2021.

Loudermilk accused the DoD of intentionally delaying the deployment of the D.C. National Guard (DCNG) and of publishing an Inspector General report that “whitewashes” the events to protect top Pentagon officials.

The letter, addressed to Defense Department Inspector General Robert P. Storch, challenges the findings of Report No. 2022-039, which the DoD Inspector General’s office had presented as a comprehensive review of the Department’s role during the Capitol riots.

Loudermilk’s Subcommittee on Oversight, tasked with probing security failures on January 6, asserts that the report contains glaring inaccuracies and conveniently ignores testimony that exposes Pentagon misconduct.

Liz Cheney’s J6 ‘star witness’ Cassidy Hutchinson knowingly gave false testimony, according to the Committee on House Administration’s Subcommittee on Oversight.

The Committee hired a handwriting expert to analyze a handwritten note revealing Cassidy Hutchinson lied in transcribed interviews and public testimony before the J6 Committee with Liz Cheney’s help.

It turns out Cassidy Hutchinson did not write the note.
