Here’s How Trump Can Put His Team in Place Without Senate Approval or Recess Appointments

TheGatewayPundit.com

Over the last two months, there has been a lot of talk about Trump’s cabinet appointments and which ones people believe will be approved by the Senate. Some people have suggested that Trump will use recess appointments to get around Senate approval.

But there is also another way to do it.

Trump can use the Federal Vacancies Reform Act which was passed in 1998. He used this for some appointments in his first term and can certainly do so again in his second.

Trump Can Fire Anyone in DC He Wants to, Thanks to What the Democrats Did to Sean Spicer in 2021

TheGatewayPundit.com

Do you remember Sean Spicer? He was Trump’s first White House Press Secretary in 2017 and the left loved to hate him. Saturday Night Live mocked him on a regular basis and journalists accused him of being a liar.

Spicer is back in the news this week because something the Democrats did to him a few years back set a precedent that Democrats and the media are going to absolutely hate.

If any of Joe Biden’s people insist on keeping their jobs, Trump is going to be able to fire them and Democrats will have nothing to say about it.

Paul Bedard explains at the Washington Examiner:

Marjorie Taylor Greene Sends Letter to 24 Executive Agencies Over Attempts to “Trump-Proof” and Stop America First Agenda

TheGatewayPundit.com

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), who will chair the incoming Delivering on Government Efficiency (DOGE) House Oversight Subcommittee, sent a letter to 24 government agencies seeking to derail plans to “Trump-proof” the government.

Chairman Comer has given the green light on the DOGE subcommittee, chaired by Greene, in the next congress with plans to “identify and investigate the waste, corruption, and absolutely useless parts of our federal government,” says Greene.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) co-leaders, Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, were on Capitol Hill this week pitching their plan to cut $2 trillion in wasteful government spending to lawmakers.

What to Expect From DOGE

TheEpochTimes.com

President-elect Donald Trump is set to launch the new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), which he introduced during a pre-election interview on billionaire Elon Musk’s social media platform, X.

Musk and former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy will co-chair the effort, which aims to slash $2 trillion from the roughly $6.75 trillion federal budget, hack through a labyrinth of executive branch regulations, and reform or remove entire federal agencies.

They would also seek to sharply reduce the number of government bureaucrats “proportionate to the number of federal regulations that are nullified,” the duo wrote in a Nov. 20 Wall Street Journal op-ed.

“Together, these two wonderful Americans will pave the way for my administration to dismantle government bureaucracy, slash excess regulations, cut wasteful expenditures, and restructure federal agencies,” Trump wrote in a statement.

President Trump Will Use “Recess Appointments” To Get His Cabinet Confirmed IMMEDIATELY!

100PercentFedUp.com

In 2016, President Trump was a wildly successful and smart businessman, but he was new to Washington, D.C.

He learned very fast, but that’s an extremely steep mountain to overcome when you only have 4 years and the entire Deep State has been embedded with a decades-long jump on you.

And while President Trump still enjoyed many successes in his First Term, he was also delayed and derailed in many ways by a swampy Deep State.

One way that doesn’t get a lot of attention but really slowed him down was the Senate’s refusal to confirm his Cabinet.

Imagine trying to save America and you can’t even get your top level cabinet posts appointed or vacancies filled.

Video: Dan Smoot - Our Form of Government is Supposed to be a Constitutional Republic NOT a Democracy

This is a classic presentation by Dan Smoot back in 1966, a wonderful reminder of how the United States Government was intended to function. Daily we hear politicians and media screaming about how "our democracy is at risk!" Well, hell yes. THEIR FORM OF GOVERNING IS A DEMOCRACY NOT A REPUBLIC AS IT SHOULD BE!

Javier Milei Delivers Argentina’s First Surplus in Over a Decade—and US Media Is Silent

The revelation that Argentina has done something the US government hasn’t done
in more than two decades—run a budget surplus—seems like a newsworthy event
So why the silence?

Fee.org

Argentines witnessed something amazing last week: the government’s first budget surplus in nearly a dozen years.

The Economy Ministry announced the figures Friday, and the government was $589 million in the black.

Argentina’s surplus comes on the heels of ambitious cuts in federal spending pushed by newly-elected President Javier Milei that included slashing bureaucracy, eliminating government publicity campaigns, reducing transportation subsidies, pausing all monetary transfers to local governments, and devaluing the peso.

  •   No Oaths of Office in the Federal Government
According to law, elected officials must swear an oath that they will support, defend, and bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. US attorney Todd Callender, along with his team at Project Proper Oath, found that not a single member of the existing cabinet has a valid oath of office.
  •   Col. Douglas Macgregor (Ret) Provides Nation With Alternative View of The State of The Union
Macgregor begins by explaining how the Constitution mandates that the government promote the general welfare. This obligates Washington to secure the basic necessities of life, such as energy, food, and shelter.  “Regrettably, the current administration is failing to perform these tasks,” Macgregor said.  "It's impossible to drain the swamp with unsound money and colossal debt that we cannot sustain."

  •   Ever Wonder Why They Keep Calling Our Form of Government a Democracy?
Have you ever wondered why deep state actors and media repeaters use the word "democracy" instead of "Constitutional Republic"?
  •   The Difference Between a REPUBLIC and a DEMOCRACY
This is an excerpt from "Overview of America" produced by The John Birch Society. It is narrated by John McManus. --- In a Democracy you can not have Snob rule, meaning, the Ruling Elite or Monarch can not go against the majority (the people). The majority overrules the Snob. However, in a Democracy you can have Mob rule, and the Mob can be just as tyrannical, if not worse than a Snob. The Founding Fathers of the United States warned against pure Democracy for this reason.
