Marc Elias Law Group Files Suit in Nevada to Prevent Election Integrity Group from Cleaning Up Voter Rolls

TheGatewayPundit.com

Marc Elias was Hillary’s attorney in her failed attempt to win the Presidential election in 2016. He later became famous for his work for the Democrat Party, ensuring that American elections are questionable and untrustworthy.

Elias traveled the nation and engaged in numerous actions and lawsuits in an effort to establish mail-in ballots and ballot drop boxes. These efforts allowed the Democrat Party to drop off ballots in the election that were not validated on where they came from (i.e., millions of ballots lacked chain of custody documentation) or from who they came from (i.e., signature checks were not performed).

This open election strategy helped Joe Biden and the Democrats steal the 2020 Election

Marc Elias has been involved in dozens of lawsuits to make it easier for Democrats to steal elections.

Video: Connecticut Bar Association Warns Lawyers that Dissenting Opinions on the Trump Bragg Lawfare Suit Will Not Be Tolerated

TheGatewayPundit.com

Newsmax host Greta Van Susteren reported on Monday that the Connecticut Bar warned state lawyers that dissenting opinions in the Alvin Bragg lawfare suit against President Donald Trump will not be tolerated.

This is the latest move by Democrats to silence and control the American people. Unapproved thoughts will not be tolerated.

Of course, Democrats can do this when they control all of the levers of power in the country.

God help us.

Dems Already Prepping Anti-Trump ‘Resistance’

Dissent is about to start being patriotic again.

FrontPageMag.com

I have good news and bad news. The good news is that dissent is about to start being patriotic again. Those “dissent is the highest form of patriotism” bumper stickers will even make a comeback.

The bad news is dissent is only patriotic when anti-patriots do it.

And the Left is feeling shaky enough about the election that it’s trying to bring the treason band back together.

The Resistance to a New Trump Administration Has Already Started – NY Times

Beginning the insurrection before the election is really ambitious, but that’s how their side rolls. Last time around the Russiagate narrative had been long in place by the time a dazed Mueller lent his name to a fake investigation.

“What Trump and his acolytes are running on is an authoritarian playbook,” said Patrick Gaspard, the chief executive of the CAP Action Fund, the political arm of the liberal think tank the Center for American Progress. He added, “So now we have to democracy-proof our actual institutions and the values that we share.”

The irony that Gaspard, a Soros vet, is talking about ‘democracy-proofing’ institutions against democracy is as lost on him as it is on the New York Times.

In addition to drafting potential lawsuits to file against expected Trump administration actions, Democracy Forward’s chief executive, Skye Perryman, said the organization had also begun recruiting sympathetic plaintiffs who would have legal standing in court.

They’re recruiting plaintiffs for a policy that doesn’t exist by a man who hasn’t been elected.

Lawyers working for Democratic state attorneys general have been quietly studying the playbooks of their Republican counterparts in Texas and Florida, whom they view as being most successful at attacking and obstructing the Biden administration.

The highest form of patriotism indeed.

After Trump, Will U.S. Lawmakers be Charged for $17M in Hush Money Payments?

WND.com

Are various members of Congress, who paid some $17 million in taxpayer funds to silence people who brought sexual misconduct claims against them, now going to be investigated, tried, and convicted of felonies, like President Trump? After all, they didn’t report those payments as campaign contributions.

That’s the suggestion that has been raised in a congressional hearing.

Joe Oltmann Walks Out of Deposition with Eric Coomer’s Attorneys After They Attempt to Force Him to Give Up His Sources

TheGatewayPundit.com

Is the court working with former Dominion executive Eric Coomer in his defamation lawsuit against President Trump and others?

On Thursday, in a deposition with Colorado businessman and entrepreneur Joe Oltmann, Coomer’s attorneys and the court demanded Oltmann disclose his source who he used to infiltrate the local antifa group online.

Former Dominion executive Eric Coomer became famous after the 2020 Election when videos like this of Coomer showing how to alter votes were found on the Internet.

34 REASONS the Bragg-Biden Show Trial Should Have Been TOSSED OUT

Each One Alone Providing Grounds for a Mistrial

TheGatewayPundit.com

1. Unconstitutional Gag Order that prevented President Trump from criticizing the trial, exposing the many conflicts that should have forced the judge to recuse himself, and the railroading of his fundamental due process rights.

2. Judge Merchan’s many, many conflicts of interests – all of which were disqualifying. His daughter, Loren Merchan, is President of Authentic Campaigns, a political consulting firm that hires the likes of the Biden-Harris Campaign, Adam Schiff, Ilhan Omar, and many other far left Democratic lawmakers. Loren’s firm has made tens of millions off these clients – Juan Merchan, through his daughter, had a direct financial stake in the outcome of this trial, a flagrant breach of the canons of legal ethics, both under the ABA and NY State, that under any other judge would have been grounds for a recusal.

The Ghost of John Adams: How the Trump Trial Harkens Back to a Dark Period of American Law

JonathanTurley.org

After years of trying — in the words of the judge — “to get the damned rascal in this court,” it was a conviction that many welcomed.

But those words were not from Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan, and the conviction was not that of former President Donald Trump.

Rather they were from US Supreme Court Justice Samuel Chase, at the end of the 18th century, when America embraced political prosecutions to target critics and opponents.

The man on trial then was James T. Callender, a muckraking writer critical of President John Adams.

For accusing politicians of corruption, Callender was charged with sedition, fined $200 and put in prison.

It was one of the many political prosecutions carried out by the Adams administration.

Undeniable reality

Political prosecutions are something most citizens associate with dictatorships.

But the Trump prosecution has forced many to confront the undeniable reality of the politicization of our legal system.

In many respects, President Biden and Democrats have re-created the Adams era.

Biden has led calls for censorship of political critics and his administration has coordinated the silencing and the blacklisting of those with opposing views.

Democratic politicians have pressured social-media companies to serve as surrogates for the government in banning, throttling and defunding individuals and groups.

Indeed, I have previously written that Biden is now the most anti-free-speech president since Adams.

The Adams era also reflected the same blind loyalty of many media outlets.

Federalist publications supported the crackdowns while echoing charges against political opponents as seditionists and insurrectionists.

Jeffersonian publications, like Callender’s, attacked Adams for his “unbounded thirst for ridiculous pomp, foolish adulation, and selfish avarice.”

The nation was divided down the middle as both sides accused each other of being traitors and insurrectionists. Sound familiar?
