J6 Operative Ray Epps was sentenced on Tuesday to NO JAIL TIME!
Ray Epps, the only January 6 protester who actually told people to go into the Capitol, has been officially sentenced to one year probation, $500 restitution, and 100 hours community service.
Epps did not have to show up for court today – he called in via Zoom.
Congressman Clay Higgins has been investigating the events of January 6th, 2021 and reveals his findings that the Events of January 6th was the final act prior to the arrest and prosecution of Americans who were identified as Trump supporters. The objective of January 6th was to destroy the entire MAGA movement, to forever stain the patriotic fervor that was associated with the America First MAGA movement. The establishment of both major political parties (the uniparty) manufactured the events of January 6th to smash MAGA out of existence not by just destroying Trump but also by destroying the reputations of the movement itself.
Higgins states the major problem we all face is the corruption of the Department of Justice (DOJ) which has zero interest in prosecuting anyone for this massive criminal operation. Higgins says, unlike the DOJ/Democrats, he has not been trying to create a crime out of whole cloth to fit some narrative. Rather he's just following the evidence which turns out to implicate the FBI at the highest levels and a conspiracy within our government at the highest levels to set the stage for a compromised election cycle in 2020 and then the actions that took place on January 4, 5, and 6. And then, criminal investigation, arrest and prosecution of Americans that they were able to entrap and document with the thousands of cameras that were operating that day and use that evidence against the Americans they were setting up for prosecution.

Outlets from the New York Times to the USA Today pushed the narrative that justified the largest criminal manhunt in U.S. history: That Sicknick was bludgeoned to death by a mob of violent Trump supporters.
There are a lot of very sketchy things that went on during the J6 melee. Red Voice Media posted a video that we had not seen before from the January 6 protest at the US Capitol.
In the video, Jacob Chansley, later dubbed the “Q Shaman,” reads a tweet from President Trump to the crowd outside the US Capitol and tells them to go home. Chansley added, “We are peaceful… We are not Antifa.”
Q Shaman Jacob Chansley: “We’re going to throw up the tweet. Donald Trump has asked everybody to go home. Okay? – This is America. You guys want to stay, that’s fine. Donald Trump has asked everybody to go home.”
Fellow Protester: “Wait, read this.”
Jacob Chansley: “Hold on… Donald Trump, quote, I am asking for everyone in the US Capitol to remain peaceful. No violence. Remember, we are the party of law and Order. Respect our law enforcement. … There’s a video.”
The U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to take up a Jan. 6 case that challenges the most frequently charged felony from that day could upend more than 330 criminal cases and eliminate the most potent weapon wielded by the Department of Justice (DOJ).
Mr. Fischer is among the hundreds of defendants in cases regarding the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol breach who are charged with corruptly obstructing an “official proceeding”—the joint session of Congress that met to tally Electoral College votes and hear objections from members.
The DOJ put the Jan. 6 protesters in its sights with the unprecedented use of a 2002 evidence-tampering statute to prosecute them for delaying the counting of votes from the 2020 presidential election.
