Their exoneration is the opening salvo of the Trump administration’s war against the Deep State. The hundreds of thousands who traveled from across the country at their own expense on January 6, 2021 had come to Washington D.C. in order to demonstrate their support of the Constitution and of President Trump’s MAGA agenda to restore it. The overwhelming majority of these citizens had no criminal intent, were not armed, and could not possibly have imagined such an insidious entrapment and betrayal by their own government as that which tragically occurred.

A group of 14 current and former Minneapolis Police Department Officers signed sworn declarations attesting to their belief that Assistant Chief Katie Blackwell committed perjury during the trial of Derek Chauvin over the death of George Floyd on May 25, 2020. Blackwell testified that the method of restraint used by Chauvin was not part of MPD officer training. Blackwell had said at the trial "that's not what we train."

However, others say that the "knee-on-neck restaint Chauvin employed was trained under the maximal-restraint technique (MRT), a restraint the MPD taught and allowed until 2023." The officers who signed the declarations "swore that this training was well known—indeed, common knowledge—and omnipresent," Alpha News said.

Trump administration turncoat Alyssa Farah Griffin is accused of serving as the key “go-between” for former Congresswoman Liz Cheney and Cassidy Hutchinson, a crucial but unreliable witness for the corrupt January 6 Committee. A new congressional interim report accuses Cheney of unlawfully tampering with Hutchinson and recommends that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) investigate the matter.

The pressure being applied to Griffin on social media draws on texts first uncovered by the Committee on House Administration’s Subcommittee on Oversight in October. They show that, in the months leading up to Hutchinson’s highly publicized testimony on January 6, Cheney engaged in direct and indirect communications with Hutchinson, facilitated by Griffin.

Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes’ lawfare case against 2020 Trump electors is quickly falling apart as far-left judge Bruce Cohen, who oversaw the case, recused himself over a series of emails where he demanded that other judges stand up for Kamala Harris and minorities.

In April, Mayes indicted 18 individuals, including Trump White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, RNC attorney Christina Bobb, conservative attorney John Eastman, and Trump campaign adviser Boris Epshteyn, for challenging the stolen 2020 election and casting an alternative slate of electors for President Trump.

The charges include nine counts of conspiracy, fraudulent schemes and artifices, fraudulent schemes and practices, and forgery. “Defendants and unindicted coconspirators schemed to prevent the lawful transfer of the presidency to keep Unindicted Coconspirator 1 in office against the will of Arizona’s voters,” Mayes’s indictment alleges. President Trump was named “Unindicted Coconspirator 1.”

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg pushed Tuesday to create a new constitutional creature: the layaway president.

It was once common for stores to hold expensive items that you really wanted but could not make the payment.

So they were tagged and kept on the shelf until you were ready to redeem your item.

For Bragg, that leaves Donald Trump tagged until 2029.

In a filing before Manhattan Justice Juan Merchan, Bragg suggested that the court should stay the pending criminal case and defer any sentencing “until after the end of defendant’s upcoming presidential term.”

That would allow a city prosecutor to put a leash on a sitting president for four years.

Trump would govern by the grace of this local judge and district attorney.

In the meantime, pundits and politicians could portray the president as free on a type of work release program.

The Onion allegedly purchased Infowars in a bankruptcy auction on Thursday with plans to turn it into a satire website — but the judge overseeing the case has ordered a hearing into how the satire website won.

The legal team representing Jones has alleged that the auction was rigged at the last minute to allow The Onion to win — despite a seven-figure bid from Infowars allies.

The winning bid amount has not been publicly disclosed and bidders had to sign nondisclosure agreements.

According to a report from NPR, the company would not necessarily go to the highest bidder.

“Whoever wins the auction might not necessarily be the highest bidder. The U.S. trustee has broad discretion to ‘determine the highest or otherwise best bid or bids’ [emphasis added] according to the auction firms Tranzon Asset Advisors and ThreeSixty Asset Advisors,” the report explains.

A federal judge has ordered Virginia to reinstate over 1,600 individuals to the state’s voter rolls, just weeks before the upcoming election.

This decision, handed down by U.S. District Judge Patricia Tolliver Giles—nominated by Joe Biden—raises serious concerns about election integrity and the potential for voter fraud in the Commonwealth.

Biden’s Gestapo Justice Department initiated this lawsuit, claiming that Virginia’s voter roll maintenance efforts allegedly violated the National Voter Registration Act’s “Quiet Period Provision,” which restricts systematic removal efforts within 90 days of an election.

Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke defended the DOJ’s actions, insisting that last-minute removal efforts risk disenfranchising voters.

On August 3, 2023, Democrat Muskegon Prosecutor DJ Hilson announced criminal charges against Attorney Stefanie Lambert, then-MI State Rep. Daire Rendon (R), and Attorney Matthew DePerno, her Republican opponent, in the general election for MI AG in 2022, for their alleged role in the investigation of vote tabulators, reportedly given to them by clerks to be examined for potential fraud.

Nessel accused them of illegally gaining access to five tabulators across three Michigan counties, reportedly used in the state’s 2020 election.
