J6 Judges Behaving Badly: A Chronicle . . .

Revolver.news

President Trump’s pardon of all January 6th political prisoners has thrown the regime’s activist judges into an absolute tailspin. But more than that, it’s exposed just how deeply flawed and corrupted our justice system has become, thanks to political lawfare and anti-Trump weaponization.

These so-called “judges” are having emotional meltdowns over the presidential pardons, and the rule of law is blatantly taking a dangerous backseat to their radical, hysterical emotions.

These activist January 6th judges are so blinded by politics and consumed by the weaponization of the justice system that they’ve completely forgotten what the rule of law even means. A presidential pardon is absolute and immediate—just ask Biden’s family and all the crooks he’s pardoned.

Just look at how completely off the rails and consumed with vengeance these radical progressive judges have become.

The North Carolina Supreme Court on Tuesday in a 5-1 vote blocked the state from certifying Democrat incumbent justice Allison Riggs as the winner of the race as her GOP opponent, Jefferson Griffin, challenges the election.

As previously reported, North Carolina’s Supreme Court race headed for a recount due to a close final tally as the Democrat pulled ahead two weeks after Election Day.

Democrat incumbent Sarah Riggs closed the race with 2,770,818 votes to GOP challenger Jefferson Griffin’s 2,770,193 votes.

The race went to a recount since the vote difference is fewer than 10,000 votes.

Tommy Robinson (whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon) created this documentary “Silenced” about the way a British boy, Bailey Maclaren, was framed as a “racist attacker” for defending himself against a local school bully, Syrian “refugee” Jamal Hijazi, in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.  The film was first screened in Florida in May 2023 by O’Keefe Media Group after a judge claimed that Robinson had somehow defamed the bully and ordered Robinson to pay £100,000 plus legal costs.  On July 28, 2024, Robinson defied a gag order banning him from showing the film, screening it to a crowd of 100,000 at Trafalgar Square, London, and was subsequently arrested. Robinson has published the film “Silenced”  on X, where it has been seen by 57 million people at last count.

Infowars.com

The Nevada Supreme Court on Monday ruled that state officials are allowed to count absentee ballots arriving without a postmark as many as three days after Election Day, shooting down challenges brought by the Republican Party.

Fulton County Georgia Judge Strikes Down Seven New Election Rules

This corrupt activist judge declared that hand-counting of ballots after polls close and mandatory video surveillance of drop boxes, is “Illegal, unconstitutional and void”

TheGatewayPundit.com

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Thomas Cox struck down seven new election rules on Wednesday, The Superior Court of Fulton County has effectively nullified crucial voting rules established by Georgia’s State Election Board (SEB) with its recent ruling.

The SEB had previously implemented rules that required enhanced verification measures, such as signature matching and video surveillance of ballot drop boxes, all in an effort to curb election fraud and provide confidence in election results.

But Judge Cox’s ruling, which declares these rules unconstitutional and void, opens the floodgates to potential chaos and voter fraud just weeks before the critical 2024 election.

This ruling is nothing short of a disgraceful act of judicial activism.

New Hampshire Supreme Court Rules Schools Can Keep Parents in the Dark About Their Children’s Gender Transitions

TheGatewayPundit.com

The New Hampshire Supreme Court has upheld a Manchester school district policy that allows schools to keep parents in the dark about their children’s gender transitions.

This ruling, which flies in the face of fundamental parenting rights, sends a dangerous message: that schools can prioritize the so-called “rights” of students over the rights of parents to know and participate in their children’s lives.

The court’s decision comes as part of the case Jane Doe v. Manchester School District, where the justices concluded that the policy does not infringe on parental rights.

The Doe v. Manchester School District involves a challenge to a policy implemented by the Manchester School District regarding the rights of transgender and gender-nonconforming students.

OUTRAGEOUS! Pennsylvania Court Forces Counties to Validate Ballots Despite Missing or Incorrect Dates on Return Envelopes

TheGatewayPundit.com

The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court has issued a 4-1 ruling that blocks the enforcement of a crucial law requiring election officials to reject mail-in ballots with missing or incorrect handwritten dates on their outer return envelopes.

The case, brought forward by a coalition of organizations including the Black Political Empowerment Project, the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania, and Common Cause Pennsylvania, challenged the legality of rejecting mail-in ballots solely based on the absence or inaccuracy of the handwritten date on the return envelope.

Judge Ellen Ceisler, writing for the court, said that the right to vote is a fundamental constitutional guarantee, and any restrictions placed upon this right must withstand strict scrutiny.

“The date on the outer mail-in ballot envelopes is not used to determine the timeliness of a ballot, a voter’s qualifications/eligibility to vote, or fraud. Therefore, the dating provisions serve no compelling government interest,” the court stated in its opinion.

Judge Blocks Kari Lake from Examining Ballot Envelopes

SlayNews.com

A Maricopa County judge has just rejected Kari Lake’s request to examine ballot envelopes from Arizona’s 2022 gubernatorial election, according to reports.

This latest ruling comes from Lake’s third lawsuit, which began in September 2023.

As part of this lawsuit, Lake has asked for access to ballot envelopes from the roughly 1.3 million early voters in the 2022 gubernatorial election.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge John Hannah, this past week, rejected this request, The Hill reports.

“Ms. Lake regards the electoral process much like the villagers in the famous fable regarded the goose that laid the golden egg, except that her goose failed to lay the egg she expected,” Hannah wrote.

The judge continued:

Appeals Court Orders Activist Judge Sullican To Grant DOJ Motion To Dismiss Flynn Case

by Jerry Dunleavy
WashingtonExaminer.com

An appeals court ordered the judge presiding over the case against retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn to grant the Justice Department's motion to dismiss the criminal charges against the former Trump national security adviser.

"ORDERED that Flynn’s petition for a writ of mandamus be granted in part; the District Court is directed to grant the government’s Rule 48(a) motion to dismiss; and the District Court’s order appointing an amicus is hereby vacated as moot, in accordance with the opinion of the court filed herein this date," the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled Wednesday.

DOJ spokeswoman Kerri Kupec reacted to the ruling with a tweet. "WIN in General Flynn’s case. DC Circuit has ruled 2-1, instructing Judge Sullivan to grant DOJ’s motion to dismiss the case," she said.

This is not necessarily the end of the Flynn legal fight. Sullivan could request a rehearing “en banc” before the full appeals court, and it is possible that one of the other judges on the appeals court could request such a hearing “sua sponte” even if Sullivan doesn’t formally request it himself.

Trump Flips 9th Circuit Court Like a Boss

and Gets a Huge Win in His Quest to Defund Planned Parenthood

By Megan Fox
PJMedia.com

For the last forty years, at least, conservative media and thinkers have lamented the absolutely ridiculous rulings that have come out of the "cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs" 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Many of those rulings targeted Christians, maliciously removing religious symbols and forcing pro-life crisis pregnancy centers to advertise for abortion clinics. More recently, the 9th Circuit tried to stop Trump's travel ban, a ruling that was slapped down by the Supreme Court (a common occurrence). But the long reign of terror by the fruits and nuts on the California court appears to be finally over, thanks to President Trump.

Trump has appointed ten constitutionalist judges to lifetime positions on the San Francisco court and has effectively tilted the balance in favor of conservatives, which is sending waves of fear through the left. The Los Angeles Times reported:

Of the senior judges who will be deciding cases on “merits” panels — reading briefs and issuing rulings — 10 are Republicans and only three are Democratic appointees, [9th Circuit Judge Milan D.] Smith said. “You will see a sea change in the 9th Circuit on day-to-day decisions,” Smith predicted.

The LA Times went on to predict that the court would swing the president's way on reproductive issues. We didn't have long to wait to see that come true. For the first time I can recall, I'm able to report that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has finally ruled correctly, deciding on Monday that the Trump administration has every legal right to continue stripping federal funding from the baby butchery known as Planned Parenthood.

The Daily Caller reported,

The court upheld the Trump administration’s June 2019 declaration that taxpayer-funded clinics must stop referring women for  abortions or be stripped of their Title X funding...The rules, which advance President Donald Trump’s promise to stop funding businesses that perform abortions, require that organizations that perform  abortions and make abortion referrals will have to do so in separate buildings from those that receive Title X federal funds.

“Today’s ruling is a vindication of President Trump’s pro-life policies and a victory for the American people,” Susan B. Anthony List President Marjorie Dannenfelser said in a statement, adding that abortion is not family planning and that “a strong majority of Americans” oppose taxpayer-funded abortions.

Planned Parenthood withdrew from the Title X program and gave up $60 million of our dollars as a result. That's a huge win for the pro-life movement, which has been lobbying to stop all taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood. Of all the successes that Donald Trump has achieved, this might be the most satisfying—with the greatest return on investment for America.
