Attorneys around the country report an alarming uptick in calls for help from families of patients hospitalized with COVID-19.

Some say they’ve talked to family members who were arrested after trying to visit a loved one or to speak with a doctor after communications with the hospital were cut off.

Attorneys told The Epoch Times about a wide variety of instances of what they call abuse, including hospitals preventing visits from family, failing to provide nutrition and fluids, and coercing patients to agree to treatments they’d already refused multiple times—such as being placed on a ventilator.

Gainesville, Florida, attorney Jeff Childers has been so alarmed by the cases he’s seen, he posted a tutorial online with tips on how to navigate the legalities surrounding hospitalization with COVID-19.

Childers warns that he’s not a doctor and that he’s not offering medical advice.

When his office gets calls from concerned family members, the patient in question is already on a ventilator and the family is desperately concerned about treatment.

Meta-analysis from prestigious university concludes lockdowns "contributed to reducing economic activity, raising unemployment, reducing schooling, causing political unrest, contributing to domestic violence, and undermining liberal democracy."

The unprecedented draconian COVID lockdowns had “little to no effect” on curbing coronavirus deaths, but they did leave a “devastating” impact on society, according to a Johns Hopkins University study.

The University’s “Studies in Applied Economics” institute paper called “A Literature Review and Meta-Analysis of the Effects of Lockdowns on COVID-19 Mortality” found lockdowns during the pandemic’s early phase in 2020 only reduced COVID-19 mortality by about 0.2%.

• Estimates suggest there’s been an extra 50,000 cancer deaths over the past 18 months — deaths that normally would not have occurred. Delayed diagnosis and inability to receive proper treatment due to COVID restrictions are thought to be primary reasons for this

Early on in the COVID pandemic, people suspected that the deaths attributed to the infection were exaggerated. There was plenty of evidence for this. For starters, hospitals were instructed and incentivized to mark any patient who had a positive COVID test and subsequently died within a certain time period as a COVID death.

The definitions, the science, and technology behind isolation, the methodology being used by scientists, and the agenda by governmental agencies are examined with the appropriate corrections. Hammond's argument is the same old one trick pony being trotted out with pomp, circumstance, and pedigree.

By now almost everyone has heard about terrible conditions in hospitals as they face very high levels of COVID patients at the same time that they likely have lost staff because despite being fully vaccinated, they have COVID and are not working.  Just proving that vaccines and booster shots do not work to prevent infection and its transmission.

How trustworthy is all this bad news?
 

Number of COVID patients and deaths

There are two issues to consider:  First, let us consider the number of COVID patients that hospitals say they are dealing with and, not so incidentally, making lots of money from.

There is now a large fraction of hospital patients being classed as COVID that are better seen as incidental COVID cases.  This means that they come into hospitals for a host of ordinary reasons; they are tested for COVID.  Even though most may be asymptomatic they test positive.  Hospitals then treat these as COVID patients in every respect.  This greatly burdens hospitals.  Their eventual outcomes depend on how treatment for the main reason they got admitted are successful.  Remember that omicron, now the dominant form of COVID, for the vast majority of people does not produce serious health problems.

In the United States, the media barely mention Covid prior infections or the existence of natural immunity.

But a CDC-sponsored database in partnership with Yale, Harvard, and Stanford universities shows that the overwhelming majority of Americans have natural immunity from prior infections, Becker News can exclusively report.

The covidestim database is supported by a cooperative agreement with the CDC and the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists.

The most troubling part of the pandemic to me is the lack of transparency and accountability. The authorities love to create mandates we must follow, but they refuse to be held accountable.

1. Incriminating Evidence is a collection of counter-narrative evidence. Can we go through that one piece at a time and can you explain how these are all wrong? Or conversely, perhaps you can find just one document that you can show is wrong in that article?

Censorship

1. President Biden has a Disinformation Dozen list. Why not debate these people instead of censoring them? Is it right for the leader of the free world to proudly proclaim a censorship list?

2. Facebook has removed vaccine victim support groups with over 200,000 users. Why was this done? Why didn’t the medical community say a word in protest? How is removing a support group for vaccine injured a benefit to society?

3. Will you sponsor a law allowing people who have had live saving content removed from large social media platforms to sue for statutory damages?

4. Why hasn’t the mainstream medical community come out to denounce censorship attempts by a rogue set of 270 “doctors”?

January 11, 2022, the Health and Human Services Committee of the Maine legislature held a public hearing on LD867¹ “An Act to Prohibit Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccinations for 5 Years to Allow for Safety Testing and Investigations Into Reproductive Harm.”

The American Cancer Society is vehemently opposed to this rational bill.² In some twisted, incomprehensible logic, the ACS claims that banning mandatory COVID jabs would “place the health of cancer patients at greater risk.” How, one might ask, could that happen, considering the jabbed are just as likely to contract and spread the virus?

Getting the shot in no way, shape or form protects anyone around you. So, what could it be? One can only wonder if the ACS’ opposition has anything to do with their “long-standing partnership”³ with vaccine maker Pfizer, which in 2020 alone helped the ACS hand out $3.7 million in grants⁴ — but which also happens to produce one of the COVID mRNA injections?

Croatian MEP Mislav Kolakušić directly confronted French President Emmanuel Macron during an EU Parliament summit, likening his draconian vaccine mandate to the death penalty.

“President Macron, considering many restrictions of citizens’ rights and freedoms in France during the pandemic, I ask of you only one thing,” Kolakušić told a masked Macron on Wednesday.

“While presiding over the EU, do everything exactly the opposite of what you were doing in France.”

Kolakušić then argued that Macron’s vaccine mandate is no different than the “death penalty”, citing the “tens of thousands” who died from the injection.
