How BlackRock and the Rest of the ‘Climate Cartel’ Stacked Exxon’s Board With Fossil Fuel Haters

The Big Three used the power they derive from investing other people’s
money to force compliance with a radical political goal.

TheFederalist.com

A recent House Judiciary Committee report details how America’s largest financial institutions, colluding with climate activists, imposed radical environmental policies on the American economy, subverting both our self-government and free markets. It focuses on the successful effort to insert climate activist directors on the board of energy giant ExxonMobil.

According to the report, there is “substantial evidence of a ‘climate cartel’ of financial institutions” including the “Big Three” asset managers (BlackRock, State Street, and Vanguard), several massive state pension funds, European investment firms, and the two foreign-owned proxy advisory firms that dominate the American market.

This cartel coordinated its efforts through a network of “alliances” that included “left-wing environmental activist” groups such as the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero and The Net Zero Asset Managers initiative (NZAM). The Big Three belonged to both.

The cartel made Exxon a “focus company” on its “climate blacklist,” subjecting Exxon to “a barrage of shareholder pressure campaigns — more than any other company in the world” — all designed to force Exxon to reduce its fossil fuel production.

Michigan to Clear 400 Acres of Forest to Build Chinese-Made Solar Panel Farm That Will Occasionally Generate Electricity

TheGatewayPundit.com

Republican Michigan lawmakers are outraged at the state’s Department of Natural Resources over its plans to chop down over 400 acres of trees to build a solar panel farm that will occasionally generate electricity.

The Michigan Department of Natural Resources wants to destroy a forest in Otsego County to install rows of Chinese-made solar panels.

“Republican State Representative Ken Borton of Gaylord and others are upset with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources over a plan to destroy more than 400 acres of forest, located just west of Gaylord, to clear the way for the solar panels. Borton says there should be mass firings at the DNR over it.” – WSJM reported.

“I’m hearing from many of my Democrat friends, people who believe in climate change, that they realize that for them to cut all these trees down is absolutely going the wrong way,” Borton said, according to WSJM.

Eleven GOP States Sue BlackRock, State Street & Vanguard For Conspiring To Drive Up Energy Costs

Major investment firms using 'green energy' policies to illegally constrict energy supply so they could make higher profits.

Infowars.com

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Wednesday that ten other Republican-led states are joining a lawsuit he filed against asset management firms Blackrock, State Street and Vanguard over an alleged violation of antitrust law, after the companies’ climate policies resulted in decreased coal production.

Paxton wrote on 𝕏, “Texas will not tolerate the illegal weaponization of the financial industry in service of a destructive, politicized ‘environmental’ agenda.  BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street formed a cartel to rig the coal market, artificially reduce the energy supply, and raise prices. Their conspiracy has harmed American energy production and hurt consumers. This is a stunning violation of State and federal law.”

  •   John Stossel - Green New Deal: Fact versus Fiction
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s Green New Deal proposes to save the planet. It calls for the United States to reduce carbon emissions to zero in 10 years.  James Meigs, former editor of Popular Mechanics, tells me “That's a goal you could only imagine possible if you have no idea how the energy economy works or how energy is produced in this country.”
  •   IMF Boss Says Governments Need to Impose Global Carbon Tax on Citizens to Punish Them for Using Energy
Kristalina Georgieva, a Bulgarian economist who serves as the managing director of the International Monetary Fund, said Monday that the IMF wants to see countries implement punishing new carbon taxes to “fight climate change.”  She delivered her dire message at the United Nations COP28 climate summit, where globalists in attendance flew in on jets and you can bet they are being chauffeured around in luxury automobiles and dining on the finest cuts of beef and other delicacies.

Oil, Coal and Gas

Editor's Note:  One of the many false narratives we've all been brainwashed with from birth is the notion that coal, oil, and natural gas are "fossil fuels", ie. somehow created from decaying dinosaurs.  Like most of the massive LIES we have been fed, it's patently absurd.  A lie concocted to manufacture the perception of scarcity to control the false perception of supply and demand to control prices, to manipulate markets.

  • G7 Countries Including United States Reach Agreement to Shut Down All Coal-Fired Power Plants by 2035
The White House (or whoever is really in charge) went into damage control mode after Joe Biden let the truth slip.  Biden shutting down coal plants will impact voters in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, West Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Colorado and others.  Democrat West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin blasted Joe Biden and called his comments “outrageous and divorced from reality.”  The White House scrambled to clean up on aisle Joe Biden after he vowed to shut down coal plants.
  • The Truth About Fossil Fuels and Oil
If oil comes from fossils, why have scientists found it on one of Saturn's moons?  A lot of what you've heard about energy is false.  Dr. Willie Soon explains.
  • Jerome Corsi on Abiotic Oil
In this interview Jerome Corsi exposes yet another massive LIE we have all been brainwashed with to benefit those who control the oil industry, the LIE that oil is a limited resource, that it is a "fossil fuel."  Nothing could be farther from the truth!  It's all made-up BS.
  •   Oil As Fossil Fuel Falsely Defined In 1892
Col Fletcher Prouty explains how oil was falsely classified a "fossil fuel" in 1892 and how that deception was advanced further in the 70's by Kissinger and Rockefeller.

Nuclear Energy

  •   Into Eternity - Nuclear Waste
Into Eternity is a documentary about a deep geological repository for nuclear waste. The concept of long-term underground storage for radioactive waste has been explored since the 1950s. This film explores the question of preparing the site so that it is not disturbed for 100,000 years, even though no structure in human history has stayed standing for such a long period.

Biden-Harris Dept. of Energy Official Calls for QUEERING NUCLEAR WEAPONS as Part of Radical DEI Push

We have absolute incompetent lunatics running everything!

DOE official argues systematic disarmament of U.S. nuclear weapons and allowing officials
with foreign ties access to them is essential for advancing "diversity, equity and inclusion."

"Queer theory is also about rejecting ... the tenet that nuclear deterrence
creates security and disarmament creates vulnerability," she states.

Infowars.com

An official in the nuclear security section of the Biden-Harris Department of Energy argued that “queer theory” should be an essential feature of U.S. national security and called for the drastic reduction of America’s nuclear stockpile.

Sneha Nair, who was appointed by the Biden-Harris administration in February as special assistant at the National Nuclear Security Administration, claimed “white supremacy” dominates the nuclear field and that “queering nuclear weapons” as part of the DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) push “is essential for creating effective nuclear policy.”

“Finally, queer theory informs the struggle for nuclear justice and disarmament,” she wrote in April 2023. “Queer theory helps to shift the perception of nuclear weapons as instruments for security by telling the hidden stories of displacement, illness, and trauma caused by their production and testing.”

Nair also stressed that “DEI principles and advancement must be considered crucial assets for strengthening nuclear security implementation,” adding they would prevent “insider threats.”

Benchmark Report Throws Cold Water on Claims of a Transition Away From Fossil Fuels

Of that 620 exajoules consumed globally last year, 196 came from oil,
164 came from coal, and 144 came from natural gas,
according to the 2024 “Statistical Review of World Energy."
All renewables, excluding hydroelectric, was 8.2% of the total.

JustTheNews.com

The latest figures on the globe’s energy mix dispute claims that the world is quickly transitioning off of fossil fuels.

According to the latest version of the “Statistical Review of World Energy,” coal, natural gas and oil remained the dominant source of energy in 2023, and coal consumption and production hit record highs.

Mark Mills, senior fellow with the National Center for Energy Analytics, told Just the News that he didn’t find the data on hydrocarbon use — another name for fossil fuel — surprising.

He’s been predicting for years that, despite claims to the contrary, use and production of fossil fuels would go up as energy demand rises.

Biden Administration Can't Build More Than Seven Charging Stations Costing $7.5 BILLION!

JustTheNews.com

"The Biden administration doesn't know how to get projects off the ground in a timely fashion. That's just bloated, big government working ineffectively and wasting money in the process,” Gabriella Hoffman, director of the Center for Energy and Conservation at Independent Women’s Forum, said.

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg was asked on CBS News' "Face the Nation" about the $7.5 billion taxpayers have been levied for a nationwide EV charging station network. In the over two years since the funding was announced, the Federal Highway Administration (FHA) has managed to produce only seven, despite the announced plans call for a half million stations being built six years from now by 2030. Buttigieg was unfazed when asked about the numbers.

“That's the absolute very, very beginning stages of the construction to come,” he said, and insisted the 500,000 stations would come to fruition by 2030.

EPA Deliberately Engineering Power Grid Failure With New "Clean Power Plan 2.0"

NaturalNews.com

The Environmental Protection Agency’s new Clean Power Plan 2.0 was recently finalized, and it’s being met with a lot of criticism over its emphasis on net-zero emissions at the expense of grid reliability. In fact, some experts believe the EPA is engineering the power grid to fail with the new rule.

It requires that all existing coal power plants and new natural gas power plants install emissions control technologies that are not yet considered viable, and those that fail to comply could be closed permanently. The EPA says the move is aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 90 percent by the year 2032, but those in the energy industry say that it is a highly unrealistic mandate.

Naturally, regulations that are bad for energy companies tend to be bad for consumers as well. In this case, the result would be significant grid instability as operators are strong-armed into adopting unreliable, expensive and intermittent energy sources such as solar and wind. Even the Department of Energy admits that wind is dependable for only around a third of the year and solar energy is reliable for just under a quarter of the time.

At Current Rates of Consumption the U.S. Has at Least Two Centuries of Oil

JustTheNews.com

Predictions that the U.S. and the world would run out of fossil fuels go back decades, and these predictions have so far turned out to be wrong. A new report shows the U.S. has 227 of oil, 130 years of gas, and 485 years of coal.

or years, activists argued for an energy transition away from fossil fuels because, they said, we were hitting “peak oil,” the point at which we can no longer produce oil because there’s little left in the ground or it’s too expensive to recover.

In 2023, the U.S. produced nearly 13 million barrels per day, more than any other nation in history. Predictions that the U.S. and the world would run out of oil go back decades, and these predictions have so far turned out to be wrong.
