In March 2022, the 9th Circuit Court issued a final ruling in the case brought against Trump by disgraced attorney Michael Avenatti and Stormy.
The court ruled that Stormy Daniels owed President Trump $300,000 in legal fees for filing a frivolous lawsuit against the US President.

Judge Aileen Cannon on Monday ordered key evidence in Jack Smith’s classified documents case to be unredacted.
The newly unredacted documents revealed Biden’s White House had direct ties to the Mar-a-Lago raid. The Biden Regime was also directly tied to Jack Smith’s investigation despite claims to the contrary from US Attorney General Merrick Garland.
Before with redactions: Jack Smith wanted to hide the fact that the National Archives had several conversations with the Biden White House.
Dallas attorney Sidney Powell, known for her vigorous legal efforts to challenge the fraudulent 2020 election on behalf of President Donald Trump, has been fully vindicated by an appellate court decision.
The Fifth District of Texas Court of Appeals in Dallas, led by a three-judge panel, all Democrats, concluded that the State Bar of Texas’ arguments were without merit.
“The Dallas Court of Appeals has affirmed the Texas state court’s dismissal of the Texas Bar’s case against Powell. After three years of litigation, the Court of Appeals held the Bar had no evidence Powell violated any disciplinary rule in filing four federal lawsuits in the aftermath of the 2020 election,” Sidney Powell’s Defending the Republic said in a statement.
The State Bar of Texas Commission for Lawyer Discipline had filed a complaint against Powell, accusing her of violating several Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
Jack Smith, Fani Willis, Letitia James and Alvin Bragg are all closely tied

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley on Friday characterized Michael Cohen, who is former President Donald Trump’s previous attorney, as a “bottom feeder” witness against him in his upcoming hush money trial.
The charges against Trump stem from an alleged $130,000 payment that Cohen, who pleaded guilty in 2018 to making false statements, tax evasion and other charges, sent to porn star Stormy Daniels to stay silent about an alleged affair with the former president. Trump’s trial will begin on Monday with jury selection and the former president is under a gag order that recently got expanded.
Turley said Cohen is not a trustworthy witness and that the jury may have a negative response to his testimony.
The Constitutional Coalition and former Attorney General John Ashcroft filed an amicus curiae (Friend of the Court) in the United States Supreme Court in the case United States v. Trump. The appeal to the Supreme Court concerns the question of presidential immunity. More specifically, whether a subsequent president may criminally prosecute his (or her) predecessor, and current political rival, for official acts the previous president took while in office. This amicus brief was not filed on behalf of either party – Special Counsel Jack Smith (hired by Attorney General Merrick Garland to prosecute former President Trump) nor on behalf of former President Trump. Rather, this amicus brief was filed to defend the constitutional principle that a President of the United States, as the Nation’s chief executive, must have immunity from criminal prosecution for those official acts the President takes during the President’s term in office. Otherwise, the President’s fear of a subsequent political rival bringing a criminal prosecution after the President leaves office will impair the President’s ability to make those decisions necessary to protect our national interest and discharge the duties of the office of Chief Executive.

Eastman, a widely respected Constitutional attorney, was officially disbarred earlier this week after a California leftist judge ruled he should have his law license stripped for challenging the 2020 election.
Eastman on Thursday asked the judge to pause the disbarment ruling, citing massive legal fees.

The few lawyers who did rise up to defend President Trump channeled the brave spirit of the Founding Fathers in doing so, putting literally everything on the line – their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor – when virtually nobody else in the profession (and that is without exaggeration) would do the same.
Just so you’re in the loop, it seems like the political elites are throwing a massive bash, and surprise, surprise—we’re not on the guest list. We see how all the big shots in the “Destroy Trump” club are in on it together, all bound by this wild, over-the-top obsessive hatred for Trump. For example, the judge handling the sham “hush money” case? It turns out that his daughter isn’t shy about her disdain for Trump, allegedly posting pictures of him behind bars on social media, even after a gag order was issued.
