A U.S. patent approved August 31, 2021, reveals technology used to track people in order to pinpoint those allegedly more likely to spread Covid-19 and to identify unvaccinated individuals so they can be injected with the experimental shots.

The patent was filed by Israeli patent attorneys Dr. Gal Ehrlich and Maier Fenster of Ehrlich & Fenster.

The technology used in the patent analyzes data collected by smartphones, government-mandated phone apps, intelligence agencies, public cameras, ATM cameras, private business cameras and other sources.

Essentially, people will be given “scores” based on vaccination status, mask-wearing, behavior, movement, socialization and other factors.

Electronic devices communicating with each other will determine whether or not someone is a “super spreader” or a “non-super spreader” based on the various elements.

As seen in the diagram below, the collection of surveillance technologies will send data to be analyzed in order to determine a “score” that places the person into a group.

Even a broken clock is right two times a day.  The Atlantic reported on the absurd liberty killer being tested in the state of South Australia where facial recognition and geolocation technology will track Aussies every move in the name of COVID. 

The far-left Atlantic even hits the target sometimes.  In a recent article, the Atlantic even admits that Australians have traded away too much liberty in the age of COVID.  The Atlantic reports:

And the government of South Australia, one of the country’s six states, developed and is now testing an app as Orwellian as any in the free world to enforce its quarantine rules. Returning travelers quarantining at home will be forced to download an app that combines facial recognition and geolocation. The state will text them at random times, and thereafter they will have 15 minutes to take a picture of their face in the location where they are supposed to be. Should they fail, the local police department will be sent to follow up in person. “We don’t tell them how often or when, on a random basis they have to reply within 15 minutes,” Premier Steven Marshall explained. “I think every South Australian should feel pretty proud that we are the national pilot for the home-based quarantine app.”

Australia is sending troops to help local police enforce the new Covid lockdown in Sydney.  Australia’s largest city went into a hard lockdown – again – last Saturday amid rising Covid cases. 

Sydney ordered a shutdown of all construction sites and non-essential retail.

Nearly 1 million residents are banned from leaving their neighborhood for work because a man in his 80s died from/with Covid.

Anti-lockdown protests erupted in Sydney this week because Aussies are sick of the restrictions.

So now Australia is using the military to enforce their lockdown, Reuters reported.

Beginning Monday, 300 troops will patrol Sydney and knock on doors to make sure people are following orders to stay at home.

Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison said 80% vaccination rate is needed before reopening Australia’s largest city – Only 14% of people in Australia are fully vaccinated.

“If you get vaccinated, there will be special rules that apply to you. Why? Because if you’re vaccinated, you present less of a public health risk. You are less likely to get the virus. You are less likely to transmit it,” the prime minister told reporters, according to The Sydney Morning Herald.

The Chinese Communist Party is crafting a nightmare surveillance state – flooding the country with an ocean of surveillance cameras which now invade the homes of minorities. By 2020 China will be home to an estimated 626 million, a 3100 per cent increase in just three years. “Based on the country’s current population of 1.4 billion people, that would mean nearly one camera for every two people,” Comparitech said of its study. “Although this projection might seem vast, it may be a fraction of the actual number. “When combined with the country’s advances in facial recognition technology, the privacy situation for its citizens is worrisome.”

The latest victims are members of the members of the Tujia and Miao tribes in China’s south-west province of Guizhou where a facial-recognition program called the Tongren City Security Facial Recognition System for Building Controls has been installed in residential buildings. Robert Potter, a former cybersecurity contractor who worked with Chinese activists to release a database of this intrusive surveillance, said every one of the 110,000 profiles in the system had their privacy breached. Chinese citizens might not know it yet, but the government is expanding intrusive surveillance across the country from public areas, like streets and inside trains, into people’s homes - threatening the privacy and freedom of an entire country. “This is an extension of that same technology to control people’s entry and exit to their homes,” he told Sky news. “It also has direct application on the ability of the Chinese Communist Party to enforce norms in people’s private spaces.”

Fulbright University's Christopher Balding said “this seems to imply that Beijing is essentially extending its Xinjiang-level crackdown and control to minorities, to religious groups, to basically anything that is a threat to the CCP.” “It’s pretty much all religions that aren’t Chinese Buddhist, and fundamentally it’s about individuals that they would deem that would be less than loyal to the Chinese Communist Party.” This surveillance transformation threatens the freedom of all of China, and if it’s left unchecked its oppressive wares could spread across the world – a concern University of Texas Associate Professor Sheena Greitens has shone a light on. “My recent research has shown that China has exported surveillance technology platforms to over 80 countries worldwide,” she said.

The ongoing “war on cash” that far preceded the pandemic, whose goal is to steer people towards using traceable forms of payment, is coming in very handy in the COVID era precisely for the reason the policy is criticized in the first place – it makes it easy for authorities to keep tabs on individuals who use card transactions.

Reports now mention instances of Australian residents receiving a mandate to quarantine after using their credit card to pay at an establishment, where somebody known to be infected with the virus had stayed.

Credit card receipts led back to the person that was then forced to self-isolate (although they did not have coronavirus) – and apparently led the person to consider what, if anything, is left of their privacy in a world where more and more people leave long “data trails” behind them.

Stop-gap measures like switching to alternative browsers etc (while probably running it on Windows) aside – the takeaway is that the only way to regain some privacy in the world of mass surveillance and tracking is to turn to alternatives – but do it consistently, and be prepared to pay for the privilege of removing oneself from the closed ecosystems like those ruled with an iron fist by Google, Apple, or Microsoft.

As for using card transactions to do COVID contact tracing, Australia is far from being the only country that is doing it. In fact, those lauded as most successful in even getting their contact tracing efforts off the ground, like South Korea, pioneered the practice. Data surveillance, reports said, was used by authorities there to make sure that people who were either unable or unwilling to share their every move are eventually forced into doing it.

The Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is working on a COVID vaccine that will work on all variants and has developed an implantable microchip that it says will continuously monitor the human body for signs of the virus.

Retired Colonel Matt Hepburn, an army infectious disease physician heading up DARPA’s response to the pandemic, appeared on 60 Minutes to demonstrate the technology.

Holding up a vial of green tissue-like gel, which contains the chip, Hepburn proclaimed “You put it underneath your skin and what that tells you is that there are chemical reactions going on inside the body, and that signal means you are going to have symptoms tomorrow.”

“It’s like a ‘check engine’ light,” Hepburn added, noting that those with the chip “would get the signal, then self-administer a blood draw and test themselves on site.”

“We can have that information in three to five minutes,” Hepburn continued, adding “As you truncate that time, as you diagnose and treat, what you do is you stop the infection in its tracks.”

Hepburn also declared that DARPA has developed a filter to remove the virus from the blood via a dialysis machine, and that the FDA has approved it, and it has already been used on 300 patients.

The so-called “Excelsior Pass,” which provides proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative test results, is coming very soon to New York.

The Excelsior Pass Wallet app will “store Passes on a mobile device for easy access at any time,” according to the Pass website hosted on NY.gov. Printing a Pass is also an option.

A Friday news release explains that the Excelsior Pass will be similar to a mobile airline boarding pass.

“Each Pass will have a secure QR code, which participating businesses and venues can scan using a companion app to verify proof of COVID-19 negative test results or proof of vaccination. An individual’s data is kept secure and confidential at all times,” the news release says.

Venues like Madison Square Garden in New York City will begin using the app within the next couple or few days. Smaller “arts, entertainment, and event” venues will also start using it on Friday, April 2, according to Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s office.

The app will not display health information when scanned. It will only display a green checkmark if the person has received a vaccine or negative COVID test—or a red “x” if not. All health information will be encrypted with blockchain technology to ensure security.

This only represents the beginning. It would not come as shock if such “passports” became available in many other states and were implemented by numerous hospital networks, airlines, sports arenas and stadiums, and so on.

Of course, it's being rolled out in COMMIFORNIA LA.  Once again, they ruthlessly target our children, scare the living shit out of them for no legitimate reason except to brainwash/indoctrinate them when they are most vulnerable.  THEY ALL KNOW children pose no risk and are at no risk of any serious illness from this fake pandemic.

We recently discussed how the Michigan Supreme Court ruled that Gov. Whitmer violated the state constitution — a decision repeatedly misrepresented by both Whitmer and major media figures. Now a California judge has ruled that California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s (D) executive pandemic powers on the election violate that state’s constitution. These rulings are notable in that the media has portrayed those opposing such powers as raising frivolous, if not laughable, challenges. There are other cases that support Newsom but this is the second judge to rule against him. The result of the order will not change the current election rules but it is indicative of a trend on pandemic orders.

Sutter County Superior Court Judge Sarah Heckman issued a preliminary order that stated that Newsom has supplanted the fundamental doctrine of the Separation of Powers:

“The CESA allows the Governor, during a state of emergency, to issue orders and regulations and to suspend certain statutes, but the plain and unambiguous language of CESA does not permit the Governor to amend statutes or make new statutes. The Governor does not have the power or authority to assume the Legislature’s role of creating legislative policy and enactments. Because Executive Order N-67-20 amended sections of the Elections Code it exceeds the Governor’s authority under CESA and renders Executive Order N-67-2O invalid.”

The specific change in the election law was later approved by the legislature so the ruling will not change

Newsom’s specific order involved requiring election officials to make hundreds of locations available for voters to cast ballots statewide. Lawmakers ended up approving the same mandate, so the order will not impact Election Day. However, these rulings are growing in number as courts adopt greater scrutiny of pandemic orders in various states.

The CDC document is titled: “Interim operational considerations for implementing the shielding approach to prevent COVID-19 infections in humanitarian settings,” updated July 26, 2020. Here are key quotes.

As you read them, and realize the horrific plan, keep in mind that this system can be manipulated to order ANYONE into these camps.

“The shielding approach aims to reduce the number of severe COVID-19 cases by limiting contact between individuals at higher risk of developing severe disease (‘high-risk’) and the general population (‘low-risk’). High-risk individuals would be temporarily relocated to safe or ‘green zones’ established at the household, neighborhood, camp/sector or community level depending on the context and setting. They would have minimal contact with family members and other low-risk residents.”

“…the shielding approach suggests physically separating high-risk individuals from the general population to prioritize the use of the limited available resources and avoid implementing long-term containment measures among the general population.”

“A group of shelters such as schools, community buildings within a camp/sector (max 50 high-risk individuals per single green zone) where high-risk individuals are physically isolated together. One entry point is used for exchange of food, supplies, etc. A meeting area is used for residents and visitors to interact while practicing physical distancing (2 meters). No movement into or outside the green zone.”

“Consideration: Plan for an extended duration of implementation time, at least 6 months. Explanation: The shielding approach proposes that green zones be maintained until one of the following circumstances arises: (i) sufficient hospitalization capacity is established; (ii) effective vaccine or therapeutic options become widely available; or (iii) the COVID-19 epidemic affecting the population subsides.”
