O’Keefe Media Group has infiltrated the IRS!

Government Funds AI Tools for Whole-of-Internet Surveillance and Censorship

Brownstone.org

I feel scared. Very scared.

Internet-wide surveillance and censorship, enabled by the unimaginably vast computational power of artificial intelligence (AI), is here.

This is not a futuristic dystopia. It’s happening now.

Government agencies are working with universities and nonprofits to use AI tools to surveil and censor content on the Internet.

This is not political or partisan. This is not about any particular opinion or idea.

What’s happening is that a tool powerful enough to surveil everything that’s said and done on the Internet (or large portions of it) is becoming available to the government to monitor all of us, all the time. And, based on that monitoring, the government – and any organization or company the government partners with – can then use the same tool to suppress, silence, and shut down whatever speech it doesn’t like.

The Biggest Threat of Artificial Intelligence Isn’t What We’re Being Told

TheDiscernReport.com

There's a lot of buzz around Artificial Intelligence and the dangers it poses. But I haven't seen anyone talking about the one thing that has kept me up some nights contemplating. Here it is...

Let’s cut to the chase. The biggest threat of Artificial Intelligence is dependency. To be more specific, society will become dependent on Artificial General Intelligence shortly after it’s unveiled to the world. Why? Because AGI will be able to solve problems we know we have. It will be able to solve problems we don’t know we have. It will be able to solve problems we don’t have yet but will in the future.

If it sounds like I’m giving too much credit to AGI, then you aren’t familiar enough with AGI to appreciate what it will be able to do. Below, I’ll try to explain it better even though it would probably take several chapters of a book to do justice to the risks. But first, I want to offer two perspectives as primers. Here’s an article by Mac Slavo at SHTF Plan describing what some tech experts are saying about AI. Then, I’ll let ChatGPT give its somewhat comical answer about the risks that AI represents. Finally, I’ll go into why dependency will be the big one. First, here’s Mac Slavo…

How Dangerous is AI? These Quotes From AI Researchers Will Terrify You

By Katarina Bradford
GlennBeck.com

Glenn has become one of the most outspoken people warning about the existential threat AI poses to our human species. Sounds like sci-fi hullabaloo, right? What if I were to tell you that HALF of AI researchers believe that there's a chance that AI will result in our extinction?

Glenn has been a supporter of technology that helps humanity and brings life and color to our everyday existence. However, if AI researchers are sounding the alarm bells about AI's threat to the human species, shouldn't we put the pause button on AI to consider the risks?

Don't take Glenn's word for it. The following quotes from AI researchers show the true scope of AI's threat to humanity—in their own words.

‘Godfather of A.I.’ Reverses Course, Quits Google to Preach About “Dangers” of Artificial Intelligence

TheGatewayPundit.com

The “Godfather of Artificial Intelligence”, 75-year old Turing prize winner Geoffrey Hinton joins several other tech pioneers and notables in warning of the impacts of artificial intelligence.  Hinton was partially responsible for the development of the AI technology that is used by the biggest companies in the tech industry according to the New York Times.

On Monday, Hinton tweeted “In the NYT today, Cade Metz implies I left Google so that I could criticize Google.  Actually, I left so that I could talk about the dangers of AI without considering how this impacts Google.  Google has acted very responsibly.”
