Editor's Note:  As I understand it, "The Powers That Be" have rigged the system so citizens cannot convene a Grand Jury.  You need a District Attorney to sign onto such a thing and a Judge to agree.  So far, it appears no District Attorney has taken up the cause and no Court will allow such a Grand Jury to convene over this massive crime against humanity.  So, this information is being presented to the general public just to get it out there.  Hopefully, some courageous DA somewhere will see this and take the evidence and run with it!

Dr. Danice Hertz remembers vividly the day she got a COVID-19 vaccine.

Hertz, a retired gastroenterologist, received Pfizer’s shot on Dec. 23, 2020, less than two weeks after U.S. regulators granted it emergency use authorization.

Thirty minutes went by before an adverse reaction started.

“My face started burning and tingling and my eyes got blurry,” Hertz told The Epoch Times. She also felt faint.

Her husband called paramedics, who came and found Hertz’s blood pressure was sky-high. They recommended she call a doctor.

Hertz became so sick she feared she would die. She experienced symptoms including severe facial pain, chest constriction, tremors, twitching limbs, and tinnitus.

“I felt like someone was pouring acid on me,” Hertz, of Los Angeles, California, said.

Hertz survived but still suffers. She has been to numerous specialists. Multiple experts found indications the vaccine triggered the reaction, according to medical records reviewed by The Epoch Times.

Hertz is one of millions of Americans who chose to get one of the COVID-19 vaccines soon after the government cleared them.

Since then, hundreds of millions of doses have been administered. Many recipients have been fine, if less protected than they were initially promised. But a growing number have endured severe reactions and have struggled to obtain treatments for their ailments.

By now, we are all well familiar with the fickle vacillation of public health guidance around community masking. Initially, masks were simply not really effective. Shortly thereafter, they were not only effective for protecting others, but also for protecting oneself. Then they were mandated. Most recently, those cloth masks that have become commonplace, which were encouraged for nearly two years, which we were taught to hand-make by news outlets, were suddenly, as if overnight, relegated to ‘facial decorations.’ 

How can it be that a tool which has been around and studied¹ for well over 100 years in the context of aerosolized respiratory viruses suddenly seems so poorly understood? This mini-review will advance the argument that low-quality evidence and impoverished bioethical frameworks have informed a deeply fraught relationship to masking in America. 

While we have surely all heard some variation of the argument that Americans are too myopic or selfish to do what people in Asian countries have been doing for decades, this is insufficient for making sense of the present moment. Ignoring the knowledge we have, avoiding cost-benefit analyses, and most importantly failing to clarify fundamental ethical principles risk irreversibly damaging the credibility of medicine and public health in the eyes of those we wish to serve.

A website called The Expose presents eye-opening evidence of vaccine failure in England. It does this by using the numbers reported by the British Government via its public health arm called the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA).

In case you do not know, the UKHSA “publishes a weekly Vaccine Surveillance Report, with each report containing four weeks’ worth of data on Covid-19 cases, hospitalisations, and deaths by vaccination status.”

Using the data supplied by the UKHSA for week 5 of 2022, The Expose constructed the chart below. It depicts Covid case rates per 100K people for three groups: unvaccinated (green), double vaccinated (red), and triple vaccinated (maroon).

The chart shows that those who have been injected with the Covid vaccines are much more likely to contract Covid-19 than those who have not been injected. This may come as a shock to true believers, but it is a fact that a vaccinated person in England is more likely to test positive for SARS-CoV-2 than their unvaccinated counterparts.

Dr. Robert Malone, co-creator of the mRNA technology used in COVID jabs, details the lastest known dangers of getting the jabs. Now they are openly admitting the jabs cause serious damage to your immune system leading to cancers and the onset of Auto-Immune Deficiency Syndrome, better known as AIDS. Also, data shows cardiovascular and reproductive risks.

Editor's Note: SADLY?  Gates unwittingly admits allowing respiratory infections to run their course through populations is Nature's way of creating natural and long-lasting immunity as each natural mutation/variant is weaker, functioning like an inoculation is supposed to work! Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates said the Covid-19 Omicron variant had outpaced world vaccine drives in spreading immunity, urging health officials around the globe to respond more quickly to the next pandemic.

Asked about the world’s progress in “beating Covid-19” during a panel at the 2022 Munich Security Conference on Friday, the tech magnate and philanthropist credited the coronavirus itself for immunizing populations naturally in some regions.

“Sadly, the virus itself – particularly the variant called Omicron – is a type of vaccine. That is, it creates both B-cell and T-cell immunity, and it’s done a better job of getting out to the world population than we have with vaccines,” he said.

Due to a large amount of “infection exposure” in certain regions, the risk of serious illness from Covid-19 has been “dramatically reduced,” Gates continued, also noting that severe symptoms are “mainly associated with being elderly and having obesity or diabetes.”

Gates spoke with confidence in predicting a new major health crisis on the horizon, telling the panel “We'll have another pandemic,” though said “It will be a different pathogen next time.” 

To tackle the next outbreak, health authorities and researchers must act more quickly to develop vaccines and treatments, he said, acknowledging “we didn’t do a great job on therapeutics” throughout the Covid pandemic.

“Only two years in do we have a good therapeutic. Vaccines – it took us two years to be at oversupply,” he said. “Next time, instead of two years, we should make it more like six months.”

Ultimately, Gates voiced hopes for a “new generation of vaccines” capable of eradicating entire families of respiratory viruses, including influenza and coronaviruses, saying that achievement could come “in the next decade” if sufficient “R&D dollars” are devoted to the cause.

On Tuesday’s broadcast of the Fox Business Network’s “Fox Business Tonight,” Fox News Medical Contributor and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine Professor Dr. Marty Makary said the CDC has been “using science as political propaganda. The absolute worst studies that were done during the pandemic came out of the CDC.”

Makary said, “It really is offensive. It should be offensive to anybody who believes in science, including our nation’s physicians. This is using science as political propaganda. The absolute worst studies that were done during the pandemic came out of the CDC. The Maricopa mask study, so deeply flawed. The number of schools in the study didn’t even match the number of schools in the geographic area they said they were studying. The ignoring of natural immunity was based on two highly-flawed CDC studies, and yet they parrot these studies again and again, and much of the media just reports it out. If you look at most of the misguidance that we’ve gotten, it has been based on flawed science, with a lot of the community complicit in what they’re putting out.”

The doctor who discovered the Omicron Covid-19 strain, Angelique Coetzee, says that she was pressured by European governments not to reveal that it had mild presentation, according to an interview in Germany's Welt.

When asked if it's true, Coetzee replied: "I was told not to state publicly that it was a mild illness. I have been asked to refrain from making such statements and to say that it is a serious illness. I declined." (translated).

"What does that mean?" replied Welt.

"I am a clinician and based on the clinical picture there are no indications that we are dealing with a very serious disease. The course is mostly mild. I'm not saying you won't get sick if you're mild.

"The definition of mild Covid-19 disease is clear, and it is a WHO definition: patients can be treated at home and oxygen or hospitalization is not required," she said, adding: "A serious illness is one in which we see acute pulmonary respiratory infections: people need oxygen, maybe even artificial respiration. We saw that with Delta - but not with Omikron. So I said to people, "I can't say it like that because it's not what we're seeing.""

When asked why she was prevented from telling the truth, Coetzee said "They tried, but they didn't make it."

"What I said at one point – because I was just tired of it – was: In South Africa this is a mild illness, but in Europe it is a very serious one. That's what your politicians wanted to hear."

Sweden scrapped almost all of its few pandemic restrictions on Wednesday and stopped most testing for COVID-19, even as the pressure on the healthcare systems remained high and some scientists begged for more patience in fighting the disease.

Sweden's government, which throughout the pandemic has opted against lockdowns in favour of a voluntary approach, announced last week it would scrap the remaining restrictions - effectively declaring the pandemic over - as vaccines and the less severe Omicron variant have cushioned severe cases and deaths.

"As we know this pandemic, I would say it's over," Minister of Health Lena Hallengren told Dagens Nyheter. "It's not over, but as we know it in terms of quick changes and restrictions it is," she said, adding that COVID would no longer be classified as a danger to society.

As of Wednesday, bars and restaurants will be allowed to stay open after 11 p.m. again, and with no limits on the number of guests. Attendance limits for larger indoor venues were also lifted, as was the use of vaccine passes.

The group, called the Peoples’ Court of Public Opinion, gathered in Germany on Saturday to detail the many human rights violations inflicted by politicians around the world during the COVID pandemic under the directive of the World Economic Forum (WEF).

“This case, involving the most heinous crimes against humanity committed under the guise of a corona pandemic, looks complicated only at first glance,” said German attorney Dr. Reiner Fuellmich in his opening statement.
