Georgia State Electioin Board Passes Ballot Hand-Count Rule For November Election

JusttheNews.com

The Georgia State Election Board passed a rule on Friday requiring precincts to hand-count ballots for the November election and ensure the tallies match the machine count before election certification.

The board voted 3-2 to pass the rule, The Guardian reported. The hand count only applies to election night, not early voting. The board voted 4-1 to table a proposal on hand-counting during early voting after a board member was concerned about information leaking regarding election tallies before all results are counted.

The Georgia Association of Voter Registration and Election Officials, a group of more than 500 Georgia officials and staff, sent a letter to the board on Tuesday, advising against the adoption of the hand-count rule.

The group warned of "the rule’s potential to delay results; set fatigued employees up for failure; and undermine the very confidence the rule’s author claims to seek," according to the letter.

How Tim Walz Allowed Noncitizens to Vote in Minnesota With Automatic Voter Registration at DMV

TheGatewayPundit.com

When Governor Tim Walz signed the Minnesota automatic voter registration bill into law in May 2023, most people assumed it would only allow eligible U.S. citizens to be automatically registered to vote. They were wrong.

U.S. citizenship is an eligibility requirement to vote in Minnesota, according to Article VII Section 1 of the State Constitution.

But now, with the new Minnesota drivers license application form, there are no questions, check boxes, or signed oaths regarding citizenship whatsoever, anywhere; only a paragraph, in the tiniest of print, at the very bottom of the form saying:

“If you provide documentation showing you are not a U.S. citizen at the time of application, no data will be sent to the Office of the Secretary of State.”

Video: Remember In 2020 When GOP Poll Challengers Were Kicked Out of the Absentee Ballot Counting Room In Detroit?

Can You Guess Which Ballots They Were Counting?

TheGatewayPundit.com

Can you guess which type of ballots they were counting?

If we told you they were UOCAVA votes, would that mean anything to you?

Does the average American citizen even have a clue what the acronym ‘UOCAVA’ stands for?

If you don’t know what the acronym UOCAVA stands for, you should because it could very well be the key to how Democrats plan to steal our upcoming election from President Trump and pro-America candidates running for seats up and down the ballot.

Last week, the Gateway Pundit published the first investigative piece in a series explaining how easily our elections can be stolen without a trace.

The Democrat Party recently announced its plan to register 9 million UOCAVA voters for the upcoming election, despite government tracking numbers revealing only 2.4 million eligible overseas voters.

Federal Judge Rules Voter Rolls Are Public Record Under Federal Law

TheGatewayPundit.com

In a landmark ruling, a federal judge in South Carolina has declared that voter rolls are public records and must be made available for inspection by election integrity advocates, a decision that could set a precedent nationwide.

The ruling, issued by Judge Joseph F. Anderson Jr. of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, came in response to a lawsuit filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to election integrity.

PILF sought access to the South Carolina Statewide Voter Registration List under the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) of 1993, which mandates that states maintain accurate voter rolls and make records available for public inspection.

The SEC initially denied the request.

Kamala’s Money Machine - “Kamala demands a life of luxury.”

FrontPageMag.com

“Kamala demands a life of luxury,” a former aide revealed. “She treats the campaign like a personal checking account to fund a lifestyle she aspires to,” another aide warned.

“Staff has always worried about Kamala’s spending, but she is adamant about using campaign money as she wants,” that aide on her former Senate campaign said.

“She wants to live the life of someone in the White House,” a strategist described Kamala in 2015, “and she hasn’t even won the Senate yet. Her hanging around the president and first lady”, referencing the Obamas, “it’s gotten her hooked. She thinks it’s her birthright and it’s not.”

Kamala was raising and spending massive amounts of campaign cash. Much of it on herself.

The Decline Of The US Postal Service: From Reliable Deliveries To Enabling Voter Fraud

MiamiIndependent.com

The US Postal Service, once a beacon of reliability and dedication, has significantly declined its services in recent years. The motto "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" now seems like a distant memory for many Americans who have experienced the failures of the USPS firsthand. This knock-off from the Greek historian Herodotus could more reasonably now read, "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night shall stay these couriers from collecting lost ballots and credit cards."

Michigan’s Dirty Democrats Pass 4 NEW Election Bills Including Radical Lottery-Style RANKED CHOICE VOTING

Court Appointed Election Monitors and THEFT of Election Control From Local Clerks

MI Democrat Senate Majority Leader Winnie Brinks

TheGatewayPundit.com

Michigan’s Democrat-controlled Senate passed a package of four DIRTY election bills yesterday, referred to as the “State Voting Rights Act.”

The bills, now heading to the Democrat-controlled House, have stirred controversy among critics asserting they represent a significant state government takeover of elections and threaten election integrity on a number of fronts, not the least of which is the special treatment afforded to “protected classes” of people. In addition, Senate Bills 401 through 404 shift control of elections from the legislature to the state’s courts and executive branch, giving the secretary of state unprecedented power over local governments.

For example, SB 401 empowers court-appointed monitors to oversee local elections, opens the door to ranked-choice voting, and forces local governments to notify the SOS office before changing even the location of a ballot drop box. It also funds the expenses of candidates from protected classes to run for office.
