Video: Eric Swalwell Admitting in Undercover Video He Abused Power, Discussed ‘Orgies’ on Capitol Hill
Swalwell accused of being compromised by lobbyists, Trying to cheat on his wife again
Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) was called out by journalist Nick Sortor after he was allegedly caught in undercover video bragging about abusing his congressional power and soliciting advice on how to cheat on his wife so he could “f*ck tens.”
Sortor released video Tuesday showing him confronting Swalwell outside of a hotel after apparently listening in on and recording his conversation with lobbyists over dinner at a restaurant.

“I sat next to a drunk Swalwell at dinner for 90 minutes. He was IMMEDIATELY compromised by a group of lobbyists he’d JUST MET, spilling intimate details about his job and asking for HELP CHEATING ON HIS WIFE,” Sortor wrote on X with the accompanying video.

“MASSIVE national security threat. This guy should have his clearances revoked. Swalwell spent his dinner bragging about ‘ORGlES’ on Capitol Hill, telling them he’s bored of his wife and ‘only wants to f*ck tens.'”
Sortor went on to claim that Swalwell boasted about abusing his power on the House Intelligence Committee by pushing to subpoena Ivanka Trump because she’s “hot as f*ck.”
“Worse, he spoke about ABUSlNG his power on the House Intel Committee (which he’s since been booted off of), saying he pushed to SUBPOENA Ivanka Trump because she’s ‘hot as f*ck,'” Sortor wrote.
“THIS GUY MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE HOMELAND SECURITY COMMITTEE. He CANNOT keep his freaking mouth shut,” he added.

Though the House Intel Committee considered subpoenaing Ivanka Trump in 2018 over a June 2016 Trump Tower meeting involving Donald Trump Jr. and Russian representatives, Republican members on the committee blocked the requests.
Swalwell has since been kicked off the committee in 2023 over his romantic “honeytrap” relationship with suspected Chinese spy Christine Fang (also known as Fang Fang).
Sortor said he’s currently combing through the 90 minutes of audio and will release it imminently.
