Guess what? Illegal immigration is a RICO offense. Is it time to lock up the Harris/Biden regime?

Revolver.news

After you read this article, you might find yourself wondering, “Why didn’t I think of that?” With all the wicked, weaponized “injustice” the Dems are unleashing on innocent Americans, it’s incredible we haven’t turned the tables and investigated their “pseudo-legalized human trafficking” as a serious criminal offense… until now.

As you know, the invasion at the US border is devastating on many levels. One of the worst is child trafficking. And sadly, thanks to the Harris/Biden administration and their desire to flood the country with illegals, innocent children are being harmed in the most unimaginable ways.

Below is testimony from Tim Ballard, a former special agent for the Department of Homeland Security, during a House Committee on the Harris/Biden border nightmare involving children.

Homeland House:

In his opening line of questioning, Chairman Green questioned Mr. Ballard on the causes of the unprecedented amount of human trafficking across the Southwest border:

“Are the catch-and-release policies of Secretary Mayorkas facilitating the trafficking of people and children?”

Mr. Ballard answered:

“Absolutely.”

Chairman Green continued:

“The Attorney General appointed by President Biden admitted in the U.S. Senate that the cartels are using the catch-and-release policies strategically to overwhelm the Border Patrol agents and bypass them with drugs and trafficked humans. Do you believe Secretary Mayorkas knows there are human trafficking cases happening because of his policies.”

Mr. Ballard answered:

“I do believe he knows that.”

Chairman Green then questioned Mr. Gelernt on the thousands of missing unaccompanied migrant children (UACs) in the U.S. because of the border crisis:

“Are you going to sue the Biden administration over the 85,000 missing children because of these policies?”

Mr. Gelernt answered, seemingly downplaying this massive number reported by the New York Times:

“On those children, we don’t know that they were missing. I suspect that their sponsors often don’t answer calls from the government. So, I don’t know that they’re missing.”

In his closing statement, Chairman Green addressed Mr. Gelernt’s earlier answer, saying:

“85,000 children—the sponsor doesn’t want to ‘pick up the phone.’ I’m sorry, but those children deserve us getting to the bottom of it…This administration has separated 400,000 children from their parents by not sending them back to their parents in their home countries…Tens of thousands of American parents have been permanently separated from their children because they are dead due to the fentanyl pouring across our Southwest border.”

The good news is, someone’s finally done the digging and discovered that what they’re doing at the border might actually qualify as a RICO offense. If that’s the case, Harris, Joe, Mayorkas, and a whole lot of others should be on trial right now.

Here’s the full thread.

datahazard:

Encouraging illegal immigration is a RICO predicate offense.

This wouldn’t be a viable lawfare strategy against members of the Biden-Harris cabinet. RICO doesn’t cover their activities.

But it could be used against the executives of the NGOs that actually do it.

You may think the FBI is incapable of a multi-year mass investigation of 100,000 illegal alien NGO employees.

But we know they can do it:

– They are still running their billion-dollar Jan 6th investigation of every elderly woman who hobbled across the National Mall 4 years ago.

Here’s a closeup of the image:

There’s some real weight to this theory. In the past, illegal border crossings were definitely tied to human trafficking, but now, under the Harris-Biden open-door policies, it’s become full-blown criminal trafficking of minors.

The problem is, you can have all the laws in the world—like the ones we already have for illegal immigration—but if leaders won’t enforce them, they’re worthless. Obviously, nothing will happen right now; the regime isn’t going to prosecute itself. But the real question is: will the GOP finally step up, fight fire with fire, and actually do something? This is their chance, because with left-wing nonprofits colluding with the cartels, there have to be some solid RICO cases buried in there, just waiting for aggressive prosecutors who are ready to take on the Dems and win. After all, who wins big when the country is flooded with illegals? Firstly, the big corporations, who get their cheat labor, and next are the Dems, who get their new “voting bloc” free of charge. This is the very definition of a “racket.”
