Arizona officials admitted to finding nearly 100,000 voters who had not provided proof of U.S. citizenship but still had full voting privileges as the state is facing a lawsuit for not removing non-citizens from its voter rolls.

Close to 100,000 voters are incorrectly registered in Arizona as proving their U.S. citizenship, with one green card holder found registered with full voting privileges. The 20-year-old error that caused this was discovered as the state is being sued for not searching for and removing non-citizens from its voter registration lists.

California lawmakers has passed a law banning voter idenficitation in local elections as Democrats seek to shore up their supermajority in the state.

Legislation SB1174 was passed after the City of Huntington Beach, which remains one of the few areas of Los Angeles that leans Republican, approved a voter ID requirement for municipal elections from 2026.

Sadly for the people of Huntington Beach, this legislation will override their sensible policy.

According to the bill’s author bill, State Sen. Dave Min, an “overwhelming body of evidence proves that voter ID laws only subvert voter turnout and create barriers to law abiding voters.”

On Tuesday, Michigan’s tyrannical SOS, Jocelyn Benson, shared a video on social media where she threatened election officials in local communities. “We will come for you,” if you dare to refuse to certify the election results, she warned.

According to reports, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has been undermining conservative demands to include the SAVE Act in the upcoming short-term spending bill.

The SAVE Act proposes an amendment to the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 that would enact stricter voting regulations, including requiring proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote in federal elections.

Supporters argue that this legislation is critical to restoring election integrity and should be a top priority for conservatives, especially with the election approaching.

However, McConnell’s team has recently indicated that GOP conservatives should abandon the SAVE Act to avert a government shutdown just before the elections. They argue that the bill would likely backfire on Republicans, allowing Democrats to push through their own voter legislation.
