Election Interference Concerns Prompt Returns To Paper Ballots

Editor's Note:  Word on the street is that the next big shoe to drop will be a report by DHS that will expose the real threat to voting integrity, the Democratic party.  So, once again it seems we will find that the Left has done what they have accused Russia of hoping to cover their own rotten tracks.   Their trumped up hysteria over Russian interference is coming back to bite them in the ass.  The last thing the left wants is to get rid of electronic voting machines because they make it a lot easier to tamper with election results.  So their hysterical efforts to get rid of Trump with the Russia, Russia, Russia tampered with our election thing is now resulting in what is surely an unintended consequence of people realizing we need to go back to paper ballots.  All electronic machines should be banned!!

WASHINGTON — Hoping to counter waves of Russian Twitter bots, fake social media accounts, and hacking attacks aimed at undermining American democracy, state election officials around the country are seizing on an old-school strategy: paper ballots.

In Virginia, election officials have gone back to a paper ballot system, as a way to prevent any foreign interference. Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolfe this month ordered county officials to ensure new election equipment produces a paper record. Georgia lawmakers are considering legislation to replace a touch-screen voting system with paper.

Top election officials around the country are growing increasingly alarmed about this fall’s midterm elections, with a drumbeat of dire warning signs that Russia is determined to influence them. And many are concerned that President Trump has not focused on the potential for more attacks on America’s election system like the one Russia launched in 2016.

With little leadership from the White House or Congress, they are acting locally, trying to outwit potential hackers by upgrading equipment and enhancing the cybersecurity of systems that contain sensitive voter registration rolls. Secretaries of state and other elections officials around the country in recent months also began applying for security clearances so that federal officials can start briefing them on classified information — and potential threats to election integrity.

Ireland and The Netherlands Ended Electronic Voting After Finding Machines Untrustworthy and Failed Security Requirements

Jim Hoft
TheGatewayPundit.com

The United States is not the only Western nation that has had issues with electronic voting.

In 2020 several states witnessed abnormalities, vote switching and inaccurate vote totals in the thousands.

A reader from the UK reminded us that Europe also had issues with voting machines and Ireland and The Netherlands banned voting machines a decade ago.

I am a reader from the UK and follow events in the USA with a great deal of interest. You may be interested to know that this was a common problem in Europe via Nedap voting machines whereby their security was compromised. Ireland purchased Nedap voting machines and subsequently destroyed them at a cost of £55 million due to security issues. I have attached a document to this email that explains this voting machine security issue that was faced by Europe and Ireland. I hope this information may be useful.

The Netherlands decided in 2007 to withdraw electronic NEDAP voting after after finding them unreliable and failed modern security requirements.

“OUR SH*T IS JUST RIDDLED WITH BUGS” – FOX News Filing Shows DOMINION Knew Its Voting Systems Had Major Security Issues

TheGatewayPundit.com

Dominion Voting Systems is in big trouble after the filing by FOX News in its case with Dominion yesterday.  FOX News uncovered through its discovery in the case that Dominion’s own employees expressed serious concerns about the security of its machines.

Dominion Voting Systems sued FOX News for $1.6 billion in a defamation lawsuit in March 2021.  The AP reported on the suit in a very nasty and biased report.

The AP shared:

Dominion Voting Systems filed a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News on Friday, arguing the cable news giant falsely claimed in an effort to boost faltering ratings that the voting company had rigged the 2020 election.

The AP included numerous falsities and biases in its report, so much so that it looked like it was written by Dominion.

Cleburne County Arkansas Rejects Voting Machines – Will Move to Paper Ballots

Kark.com

CLEBURNE COUNTY, Ark. – A Cleburne County quorum court voted to remove voting machines from elections, making it a “paper ballot” county.

Officials with the Arkansas Voter Integrity Initiative Inc. (AVII) said the vote was in response to AVII CEO Colonel Conrad Reynolds’ push for election computers to be removed from Arkansas elections. The decision will now require votes to be hand counted.

“The machines do not read the names on the ballots, instead they scan barcodes, which humans cannot read,” Reynolds said. “They also utilize proprietary software that we are not allowed to examine. This all means voters cannot verify that their vote is being counted properly as mandated by state law.”

An AVII attorney noted that it is in Arkansas law that each county has the right to choose their voting process.

Cleburne County Justice of the Peace Jacque Martin voted in favor of moving to paper ballots, stating “It’s time we take back and return to having elections we can have faith in – with transparency and integrity.”

AVII officials said that they are aiming to get the remaining 74 county quorum courts in the state to vote to return to paper ballots by early 2023.

Video: Election Day Footage of Unbelievable Ballot Rejections in Maricopa County. It Seems Like More Than Just a Few Ballots

TheGatewayPundit.com

Last month, Kari Lake was able to finally get an election challenge before a judge and to have a case ruled on its merits.  Kind of.  The judge ended up turning the case into more of a criminal trial than a civil suit and set an incredibly high bar to prove their case.  The attorneys for Kari Lake had to show not just that the election was tainted, but also who did it, how many ballots exactly were impacted, that it was deliberate, and more.  This judge basically told anyone contemplating cheating: you can cheat, just make sure it looks like an accident, even if the same issue occurred in three other elections.

Kurt Olsen discussed the case and the upcoming appeal in an interview with The Gateway Pundit’s Brian Lupo:

Video: New Evidence!! Kari Lake Lead Attorney Kurt Olsen Discuss Lake v. Hobbs and Their On-going Appeal

TheGatewayPundit.com

This afternoon, Kari Lake attorney and former Donald Trump attorney Kurt Olsen sat down with The Gateway Pundit and Badlands Media’s CannCon to discuss the ongoing case.

Kari Lake’s case vs. Katie Hobbs alleging that there was discrepancies in the 2022 gubernatorial race in Maricopa County was dismissed on Christmas Eve last year after an incredibly high bar was set that, as discussed, resembled more of a criminal trial rather than civil case.  Lead attorney Kurt Olsen did a great job of giving us a recap with an insider perspective!

In this episode, we discuss:

  • incredibly high bar set for the trial from last month
  • the contradictory testimony of one of the witnesses, Scott Jarrett, from Day 1 to Day 2
  • new evidence obtained by the Election Oversight Group that calls into serious question the “hiccup” the defense has alluded to for in person election day voting in Maricopa County.

MI Judge Orders Democrat Sec of State To Release All Communications With Dominion, Facebook, Apple, Amazon and Google

The fight in Michigan to expose what really happened in the November 2020 election is far from over.

By Patty McMurry
100PercentFedUp.com

The morning after the election, in a solidly red county in northern Michigan where Trump banners, flags, and yard signs can be found in almost every front yard, voters woke up to discover Joe Biden had walloped President Trump in the November 3rd general election. Upon further examination, it was discovered that 6,000 votes tabulated by Dominion Voting machines were flipped from Donald J. Trump to Joe Biden. The media called it a “glitch” and blamed it on human error—the American public was stunned and demanded that lawmakers look into this and other voter irregularities popping up in multiple critical swing states.

In addition to thousands of votes that were flipped from President Trump to Democrat candidate Joe Biden, Central Lake, MI (located in Antrim County) resident William Bailey was concerned about ballots that were re-run through the Dominion tabulator machine after a 262-262 tie on a vote a ballot initiative that would allow a marijuana establishment to be located within the Village of Central Lake.

While ballots were being inserted into the machine, 3 of them were destroyed and were not placed through the tabulator. At the conclusion of the recount by the tabulating machine and with three fewer votes, the result was 262-261, and the initiative passed. Of course, this result could only be possible after 3 of the ballots were destroyed.

Video: Key Election Evidence DELETED By Soros-Backed Team in Colorado: Whistleblower

At first, Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters was convinced the election process in her conservative-leaning Colorado county was secure. But the more she dug, the more alarmed the Gold Star mom became. Suspicious about certain “upgrades” being performed on elections equipment in her county that she was not allowed to oversee, Peters decided to take before and after shots of what was on the machines. The results shocked her to the core. It was the equivalent of burning the ballot boxes. And when she began speaking out about her concerns, the world came down around her, she told The New American magazine’s Alex Newman on this episode of Conversations That Matter. Her offices were raided by a far-left Democrat Secretary of State using a secret warrant, and now the feds are terrorizing her, too.
