Nathan Wade, the Georgia lawyer tapped to prosecute former President Donald Trump by his onetime lover, Fulton County prosecutor Fani Willis, had extensive communications with the Biden-Harris White House, new records show.

Wade billed the Fulton County office for hours of meetings with the White House, the congressional January 6 committee, and other D.C. officials, according to records obtained by the House Judiciary Committee and released Monday.

The committee released a transcript of an interview with Wade, which was compelled by subpoena, in which he said that Willis was preparing to prosecute Trump even before she took office, and that she put Wade on a “search committee” to find a prosecutor, which ultimately chose him for the job.

Nicholas Biase, a senior official at the U.S. Justice Department’s Southern District of New York [SDNY], explained what he calls a “perversion of justice” led by Manhattan District Attorney, Alvin Bragg, to hurt the current Republican nominee’s chance in the 2024 presidential election.

“He was stacking charges and, like, rearranging things just to make it fit a case. No, honestly, I think the case [against Trump in NYC] is nonsense...Every real estate person in New York does what he [Trump] did. Nobody's ever been charged with this. It's all him [Trump]...That's why, like, he’s [Trump] surging in the polls. You know, it's a perversion of justice,” Biase said.

"It is further ordered that the petitioner, Donald J Trump, recover from United States,

for costs herein expended," the document added.

The January 6 case against 2024 Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has officially been sent back down to the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit for further proceedings, coming after the Supreme Court ruled in early July that presidents have immunity for official acts.

"On consideration whereof, it is ordered and adjudged by this Court that the judgment of the above court is vacated with costs, and the cases is remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit for further proceedings consistent with the opinion of this Court," a document from the Supreme Court, obtained by journalist Julie Kelly, stated.

President Trump’s former attorney Rudy Giuliani was disbarred in New York on Tuesday for challenging the 2020 election.

A panel of judges in New York’s Appellate court accused Giuliani of intentionally making false statements to the courts related to his efforts to challenge the 2020 election.

“The disciplinary charges stem from the allegations that respondent communicated demonstrably false and misleading statements to courts, lawmakers, and the public at large in his capacity as lawyer for former President Donald J. Trump and the Trump campaign in connection with Trump’s failed effort at reelection in 2020. These false statements were made to improperly bolster respondent’s narrative that due to widespread voter fraud, victory in the 2020 United States presidential election was stolen from his client,” The New York Supreme Court announced.

The panel of judges criticized Giuliani for his work exposing the corruption in Pennsylvania.

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) has sent millions of dollars to law firms that are intimately involved in an “unprecedented lawfare” campaign against former President Donald Trump, according to Federal Election Commission (FEC) records reviewed by the Daily Caller.

The DNC has paid close to $2 million since August of 2021 to Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP for “legal services,” according to the DNC’s FEC filings. Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP founding partner Roberta A. Kaplan represented E. Jean Carroll in her sexual assault and defamation suits against Trump.
