Michigan Judge Christopher Yates just ruled that Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s Election Manual sent to election officials across the state is unconstitutional and against state law.
Judge Yates also mandated strict signature verification for mail-in ballots, making it more difficult for Democrats to cheat with their mass-manufactured votes.
This may be the most honest polling numbers of the year.
Fully two-thirds of Americans believe the outcome of the 2024 US presidential election will be affected by cheating.

A visiting judge has overturned the results of the November 2023 Edinburg City Council election, declaring Gerardo “Gerry” Lozano the rightful winner over incumbent David White, myRGV.com reported.
The lawsuit, brought forward by challenger Gerardo “Gerry” Lozano, contested the narrow victory of incumbent David White, alleging widespread irregularities, including illegal assistance to voters and the use of fake addresses in voter registrations.
The central issue in Lozano’s suit involved allegations against ‘politiqueras’, paid campaign workers accused of illegally aiding voters both in-person and through mail-in ballots. Some accusations extended to voters allegedly using fake addresses on their voter registrations.
The court’s findings revealed that these politiqueras assisted numerous voters who did not meet the legal criteria for such help. According to myRGV, citing Texas Election Code, assistance at the polls is strictly reserved for voters who are either illiterate or physically incapable of filling out ballots on their own. This assistance can extend to physically disabled voters eligible for curbside voting.
An MSNBC legal analyst acknowledged the significance of jailing leading MAGA voice Steve Bannon, noting that silencing the ex-Trump advisor ahead of the 2024 election is “important” for Democrats.
“I think Steve Bannon will in all probability serve that four month sentence and be silenced in the lead up to the election,” admitted legal correspondent Lisa Rubin, summarizing how the jail term would keep the staunch MAGA advocate from influencing the 2024 election.
“That’s particularly important because Steve Bannon was a huge voice for MAGA in the lead up to and more importantly, after the 2020 election.”

Michigan Dems Pass Bill to ease Voter Fraud, Make Investigating Fraud Impossible
A week ago, Michigan Senate Bill 603 was reported out of the Elections Committee in the Michigan House on a party-line vote. Democrats were in favor of the bill, which would effectively make illegal any kind of voter fraud investigation for future elections.

Independent investigator and President of Election Watch, Inc., Peter Bernenger has publicly accused the far-left US Democrat Senator Tammy Baldwin (WI), of “criminally laundering” an astounding $27,850,750 in campaign contributions from “Smurfs.”
According to Investopedia, smurfing (named after the popular cartoon characters) is “a money-laundering technique involving structuring large amounts of cash into multiple small transactions. Smurfs often spread these small transactions over many different accounts, to keep them under regulatory reporting limits and avoid detection.”
Election Watch claimed in its complaint to have identified thousands of ultra-small-dollar donations made in the names of hundreds of mostly elderly donors, none of whom had any idea that they had made such donations when a private investigator asked about them.
“The Federal Election Commission states the average number of political donations an individual makes, if donating, is 1.4 per year,” the complaint against Janet for Justice alleges. “239 [donors] donated more than 10 times [each] to Janet for Justice.”

During this full interview from “Let My People Go,” Nation-State Vulnerability Expert, Jeff Lenberg, explains how the U.S. elections are being rigged at a systematic level, whether the purported mythical functional capabilities of “Hammer and Scorecard” to monitor and modify election data can be seen through the current Department of Homeland Security’s Albert Sensor program and third-party integrated software, and the CIA’s campaign to blur the lines of what’s real to discredit legitimate investigations.
Lenberg explains how he has observed “instrumentation” which shifts votes, along with a “marking” of voter histories so that the same voters will not be used in successive elections in order to avoid arousing suspicion. From the electronic shift of 7000 votes from Trump to Biden in Antrim Michigan, to 3000 ballots’ worth of votes being systematically discarded out of 16,000, to seeing different coding in key races that may have changed the makeup of Michigan’s Supreme Court, this interview is a must watch.
Lenberg has been targeted by CNN, the Washington Post, special prosecutors, and is believed to be on a short list of unnamed targets by the deep state. He has been represented by attorney and former professor, David Clements, to include defense of an 8 hours’ long deposition in the Curling v. Raffensberger case, against attorneys from mega law firms like Morrison Foerster, which has offices in Communist China. Lenberg concludes the interview detailing how the election machines can be subverted from anywhere in the world, with or without internet access.
After President Joe Biden signed an executive order requiring federal agencies to work with private organizations to mobilize voters, senior White House officials asked agencies for “bold ideas” and explained plans to coordinate with “stakeholders.”
One message from the White House, obtained by The Daily Signal, said: “We look forward to working with you to”—but the rest of the content is blacked out by a redaction.
The specifics of those “bold ideas” and “stakeholders” isn’t knowable right now because “upon the advice of the White House Counsel’s Office, the information is being withheld under the presidential communications privilege,” according to a cover letter to The Daily Signal from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
The letter accompanied 99 pages that The Daily Signal obtained from USDA through a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
Since Biden signed his executive order on elections in March 2021, members of Congress, the press, and watchdog groups have struggled to get basic information on how the administration is implementing the order. Some details have trickled out through FOIA law, which requires that basic information from the government be available to the public.
