Elections are required to follow strict audit procedures that control each step, from registration to voting, tallying to proper storage of ballots. Unfortunately, these procedures have been ignored in many states across the country.

Mail-in ballots must follow very specific procedures, which are also being ignored, and safeguards (like robust signature verification) have been weakened or eliminated in many states – leading to election results that are hard to believe.

But the U.S. Post Office actually does precise audits of its processes. In a just-released report – “Election Mail Readiness for the 2024 General Election,” they detailed some rather disturbing findings.

In a landmark decision, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has ruled that digital images of completed absentee and mail-in ballots are to be considered public records.

This pivotal ruling stems from a case involving appellant Michelle Previte, who sought to obtain electronic copies of these ballots from the 2020 General Election via Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law (RTKL).

The case began when Previte submitted RTKL requests to the Erie County Board of Elections, seeking access to digital images of all mail-in and absentee ballots, as well as images of the outer envelopes and polling place ballots from the November 2020 election.

A contentious legal battle over election integrity in Arizona has intensified following a recent ruling by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. 

On August 1, a three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit overturned a prior decision that required proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections. This ruling, which was decided in a narrow 2-1 vote, now allows individuals to register to vote using a state form, without having to provide citizenship documentation for federal positions such as President and Congress.

Earlier this week, The Gateway Pundit shared an update on the GBI Strategies voter registration group that was caught in Michigan turning in potentially thousands of fraudulent voter registrations.

It would appear that GBI Strategies is only one of several groups across America (we will have more to report on our months-long investigation soon) that have been accused of or suspected of turning in fraudulent voter registrations.

In the case of GBI Strategies in Michigan, because of one brave clerk, law enforcement was able to get involved and document the truth about the investigation that took place only one month before the 2020 election.

Unfortunately, Democrat MI SOS Jocelyn Benson and MI AG Dana Nessel hid the investigation from the clerks and from the general public.

Democratic strategist Julie Roginsky on Friday told CNN host Kate Bolduan that Vice President Kamala Harris does not need to do interviews because she will be spending money on ads to craft her own message.

Harris hasn’t sat down for an interview since launching her presidential campaign after President Joe Biden dropped out and endorsed her to take his place on July 21. Roginsky, on “CNN News Central,” told Bolduan typical Americans don’t care about Harris not doing interviews, and that she should not face scrutiny for avoiding them, after the host said Republican Sen. J.D. Vance of Ohio has been attacking the vice president on this issue.

On Sunday, Venezuelans went to the polls to select a new president.

By Sunday night the results were clear. Exit polls found that the Venezuelans voted two-to-one to end the communist dictatorship of Nicolas Maduro.

The exit polls had communist tyrant Nicolas Maduro losing by a landslide.

66.6% for opposition leader Edmundo Gonzalez and 30.86% for Nicolas Maduro.
