E. Jean Carroll posed for the cover of New York Magazine in June 2019. She was wearing what she claimed was the Donna Karan jacket dress she had worn when Donald Trump allegedly attacked her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in 1994.  She later was forced to change her story after New York Magazine pointed out that the dress she said she was wearing was not sold in 1994.  Carroll later claimed the alleged attack occurred in 1995 or 1996.  But she is still not clear on the date it took place. Carroll said she met Trump on the street and they decided to go buy lingerie at the high-end New York City department store before the attack. The entire story lacks credibility.

New York Magaine said on its cover, “The jacket dress she was wearing that day has hung in her closet ever since; she wore it again for the first time for her portrait with New York.”

Editor's Note:  How is this not illegal?  It seems that this is equivalent to ex parte meetings with judges which is strictly forbidden because it involves meeting with just one side of an issue at trial to influence the judge.  This group clearly intends to influence judges on "impending matters."

A little-known judicial advocacy organization funded by left-wing nonprofits is quietly training judges nationwide on preparing for cases related to climate change, according to a Fox News Digital review.

The Washington, D.C.-based Environmental Law Institute (ELI) created the Climate Judiciary Project (CJP) in 2018, establishing a first-of-its-kind resource to provide “reliable, up-to-date information” about climate change litigation, according to the group. The project’s reach has extended to various state and federal courts, including powerful appellate courts, and comes as various cities and states pursue high-profile litigation against the oil industry.

“As the body of climate litigation grows, judges must consider complex scientific and legal questions, many of which are developing rapidly,” CJP states on its website. “To address these issues, the Climate Judiciary Project of the Environmental Law Institute is collaborating with leading national judicial education institutions to meet judges’ need for basic familiarity with climate science methods and concepts.”

Judge Beryl Howell had the time of her life presiding over the trial of Rudy Giuliani.

Sitting perched above Courtroom Number 26 of the E. Barrett Prettyman Courthouse in Washington D.C., the Trump-hating Obama appointee looked on last week as an unhinged, bias and corrupted jury ordered Giuliani pay $148 million dollars to former Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shane Moss.

If this ridiculous judgement is not the final proof needed for lawmakers to understand that a D.C. jury is beyond rehabilitation and a D.C. judge is NOT fit to reasonably judge Conservatives or Trump supporters, I do not know what is.

On Friday a Washington DC jury ruled that Rudy Giuliani owed plaintiffs Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss $148 million in their lawsuit against him. The two Georgia election workers alleged defamation after Rudy previously claimed the two women contributed to voter fraud in Georgia’s 2020 election.

At the time of the 2020 election, the two women made little money. Shaye Moss’s annual salary was reportedly about $35,000 as an interim supervisor at the elections department. However, one document from the plaintiff’s exhibits showed that Moss’s pre-tax income was $259,000 during at least one of the years since the 2020 election. Freeman and Moss were elevated to the level of heroes in the mainstream media after the election and by Joe Biden earlier this year when he awarded them both Presidential Citizens Medals for their “exemplary contributions to our democracy surrounding January 6, 2021.”

The Gateway Pundit reported on the shocking news that the DC jury awarded Ruby and Shaye $100 million more than their attorneys asked for. The $148 million total will be split between the mother and daughter.

On Friday night, Giuliani told The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson, “My next steps are going to be to appeal it.” He continued, “It is going to take a while because there’s so much to appeal.”

In her latest video, New York Attorney General Letitia James admitted her guilt in compromising former President Donald Trump’s right to due process. This comes after she claimed that Judge Arthur Engoron had found Trump guilty of “significant financial fraud” even before the current trial began.

In a video statement released on Friday, Letitia James admitted that Judge Engoron had already determined Trump engaged in “significant financial fraud” prior to the commencement of the current trial.

“Before this trial even began, the judge ruled in our favor and found that Donald Trump did engage in years of significant financial fraud,” the “corrupt” Attorney General admitted. “We uncovered throughout this trial, we revealed the full extent of that fraud. We introduced extensive evidence and questioned more than two dozen witnesses.”

The disbarment trial of Donald Trump’s former attorney and constitutional legal scholar, John Eastman, ended November 3, with closing written arguments submitted last Friday. California Bar Disciplinary Judge Yvette Roland announced at the end of the trial that she found Eastman culpable, and will issue a written decision soon indicating whether she will fully disbar him or give a lesser punishment. Eastman is expected to appeal any negative decision.

The State Bar of California charged Eastman (pictured above) with violating his oath as an attorney to uphold the Constitution by providing the Trump administration with options to handle the 2020 election illegalities, including a couple of scenarios where former Vice President Mike Pence would delay or reject acceptance of the electoral slates from disputed states.

The charges asserted, “Dr. Eastman engag[ed] in a course of conduct … to plan, promote, execute, and assist Trump in executing a strategy for Trump to overturn the legitimate results of the election by obstructing the count of electoral votes of certain states, which strategy Dr. Eastman knew, or was grossly negligent in not knowing, was not supported by either the facts or law.” The California Bar stated that “no reasonable attorney” would have relied on the evidence of election illegalities, so Eastman’s legal advice was “frivolous.”
