459 Biden Crimes: The 'Report on the Biden Laptop'
The Marco Polo Project - @MarcoPolo501c3 - has released a 630-page Report on the Biden Laptop that thoroughly documents 459 crimes committed by the Bidens and their associates. These crimes include:
•140 business crimes
•191 sex crimes
•128 drug crimes
We are going to jump straight to the conclusion before hitting some of the examples of sex crimes cited in the report, because it identifies the "source code" of a whole host of lies that preceded the lie that Hunter Biden's laptop was "Russian disinformation." The conclusion of the report states:
The Biden Laptop suppression by the corporate press, social media oligopoly, and officials associated with the intelligence community was only possible because of the now-verified hoax that Russian hacked the DNC [Democratic National Committee] in 2016. The political dividends that the lie paid out were quite considerable: numerous congressional and DOJ [Department of Justice] investigations commenced. Ergo, when evidence surface proving that the President, his son, and their associates committed numerous federal felonies, the same people who received dividends went back to the trough of lies so that they could throw cold water on the laptop's evidence and dispute its provenance. To this day, Hunter repeats the fairy tale that "Russian intelligence" was behind the material from the laptop which he forgot to pick up at Mac Isaac's shop. In the midst of (and after) this suppression operation, multiple U.S. officials (some of whom unknowingly enabled Hunter's FARA violations with Burisma) have submitted toothless resolutions and letters. Marco Polo sought to bring clarity to this thick fog of lies.
So, for the sake of clarity we will unpack the important central fact in the report's conclusion:
"CrowdStrike, the private cyber-security firm that first accused Russia of hacking Democratic Party emails and served as a critical source for US, intelligence officials in the years-long Trump-Russia probe, acknowledged to Congress more than two years ago that it had no concrete evidence that Russian hackers stole emails from the Democratic National Committee server." So, now on to the more graphic evidence.
The sex-related crimes on the Biden Laptop were not so-called "victimless crimes."
This section is important and was written to prove - once again - that the "Public Statement" from former intelligence agency officials that the laptop was "Russian disinformation" was pure election interference. As the authors of the report so aptly put it, "The despicable people who authored that "Statement" did the exact thing they accused imaginary Russian hackers of doing: spewing lies and false statements in order to influence the outcome of an election
Hunter's addiction to explicit "webcam" sites fueled his sex addiction. Based on his voluminous internet browser history, emails, and text messages, Hunter began many evenings by patronizing women on these webcam sites and proceed to solicit prostitutes on his own accord or through his network of pimps. For the purposes of illustrating this fact the authors of the report included a mere sample of text message subscription services which alerted Hunter if particular females signed into webcam sites.
Hunter Biden was apparently obsessed with Genghis Khan and frequently used the Great Khan’s birthname “Temujin” in his online username, particularly for sex sites.
Hunter spent so lavishly on pornography websites his credit card would often get declined. He then would change the card on file for the website to another card associated with his Owasco business accounts which were full of cash after his illegal representation of HO Patrick.
The above are just a few of the crimes documented in the Biden Laptop Report. The Biden family's sex-related crimes were facilitated by text messaging and other tools which have repeatedly been deemed modes of interstate commerce, as any official "investigation" would reveal. While some Biden apologists may try to argue that these were "victimless" crimes, clearly Joe Biden and Democrats in Congress don’t agree because they have allocated billions of dollars to fight exactly the kind of international human trafficking, prostitution, and pornography that Hunter patronized.
And illegal drug use was integral to many of Hunter Biden’s sex crimes.
But it wasn’t just Hunter who used and abused illegal drugs, his sister Ashley and various other members of the Biden family were habitual users of illegal drugs and deeply into a culture centered on using illegal drugs. To access a free copy of the full report, click this link.
Hunter’s laptop reveals Ashley Biden, her husband, Dr. Howard Krein, and Hunter’s former wife, Kathleen Buhle all to be regular users of illegal drugs.
And Joe Biden was well aware of all of it.
Indeed, in the plaintive communication cited above Hunter said to his father:
We clearly have two very different views of loyalty is Dad. You owe none to me if you are told by others w/o any evidence of it that if I'm using/drinking/whatever people say you owe me know (sic) loyalty nor respect at all. You take liberties with my children you would never allow w anyone including your father take with me or beau. You argued it was unfair to keep the kids away from Ashley when she was using. And the rub of it all is that I've never put a child in danger I've never neglected a child or failed to be responsible for a child...
What is meant by the charge, “You take liberties with my children you would never allow w anyone including your father take with me or beau.” Is unclear, but the implication is beyond vile.
Hunter’s use of crack cocaine and doing lines of blow are well documented, both in his own semi-fictional memoire and in photographs and MoneyGram transactions documented through the laptop. To access a free copy of the full report, click this link.

But it gets worse, much, much worse, and Joe and Jill Biden were well aware of it.
As has been widely documented in the establishment media Hunter Biden began a relationship with his late brother Beau’s widow, Hallie Olivere Biden, eventually moving in with her, an arrangement that Joe and Jill Biden blessed, saying they were happy for them.
What’s not so well documented until now is that Hallie Biden was also deeply immersed in Hunter’s drug use. Indeed, she was so far in it prompted Ashley – a drug user herself – to complain to Hallie’s sister, Liz Secundy:
"whomever [sic] is giving them shit is being monitored by law enforcement. Don't think anyone wants that on [the] front page of [the] [Delaware] [N]ews [J]ournal. 'Attorney General[']s widow [Hallie] buying crack and meth... Enough is enough. My brother [Beau] wouldn't stand for this shit... This will [f]uck up [the] kids beyond repair... She [Hallie] is the [A]ttorney [G]eneral['] widow and he [Hunter] is the Vice President[']s son. If you think that people don't already know everywhere that they are addicted to crack etc... you are naive. When you deal with drug dealers [the] likelihood of plates being run is high... dad [Joe] may run for pResident and if you think this shit is going to fly?!?! ...they are beyond messy! They left all their drug paraphernalia for my parents [Joe and Jill Biden] to see.
Joe Biden's son, Hunter's long history of drug abuse began in 1988 with an arrest for drug possession -- at around the same time his father was intensifying his War on Drugs bonafides and pushing for stiffer sentences for drug users. "I was cited for possession of a controlled substance in Stone Harbor, NJ. There was a pre-trial intervention, and the record was expunged," Hunter admitted in a disclosure after being nominated to serve on the Amtrak Reform Board in 2006.
The same year Hunter was arrested, then-Senator Joe Biden voted for the Anti-Drug Abuse Act, which specifically targeted the use of crack cocaine, making it the only narcotic with a mandatory penalty for possession. The law Joe Biden voted for has sent thousands of Americans, especially Black Americans, to jail for lengthy prison terms for exactly the behavior Hunter Biden so brazenly documented on his laptop, but Hunter is not known to have ever spent so much as a night in jail.
The following list is just the tip of the iceberg of the alleged and demonstrable drug crimes perpetrated by Hunter Biden and other members of the Biden family. Other than Hunter’s slap on the wrist in 1988, none of the Biden family drug abusers, as far as we can tell, have ever been arrested, let alone tried and convicted for behavior that has sent thousands of African Americans to prison for decades. As the authors of the report observed, the Biden family's numerous sex and drug-related crimes are crucial to understanding them, particularly their egregious hypocrisy and double standards; however, an impartial view of the situation clearly showed how their entanglements in international business and politics were the paramount national security threat revealed by the laptop files.
Indeed, the Bidens' dealings changed the course of history, particularly America's relationship with its most formidable opponent: the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
American history, noted the authors of the report, is replete with white and blue collar crime families, and the Bidens are a unique mix of both.
The family was involved in both petty and elaborate financial corruption schemes, eastern European energy companies, and multimillion dollar "consulting" contracts with firms run by CCP-linked operatives. The Bidens business and financial shenanigans can be divided into three "buckets" said the authors of the report:
The goal of the report is to focus on bucket #3: Acts that are definitively illegal, with perhaps both civil and criminal penalties.
Our first example from the Marco Polo Report touches on someone CHQ readers have met before: Rob Walker. In our articles “The New York Times Says Nothing To See Here” and “Biden Family Received Over $1 Million From Red Chinese Energy Company” we detailed just some of the evidence that Walker acted as a “smurf” or money laundering accomplice in the Biden family’s influence peddling operation.
Now, the Marco Polo Report has put flesh on the skeleton we introduced in our two previous articles.
As the authors of the report explained, Rob Walker and his wife Betsy have been key servants of both the Clinton and Biden political syndicates.
The most accurate description of Rob Walker's role was described by Mr. Walker himself: "I've generally been acting as a surrogate for H[unter] around the country and abroad pursuing opportunities and... I see myself continuing to do that."
Aside from being Hunter's globetrotting stand-in, Walker has traversed Latin America with Bill Clinton. Pilot Growth Equity, a firm owned in part by Walker, also invested heavily in a pandemic tracking company called Metabiota, the value of which has appreciated significantly since COVID surfaced.
Hunter used Rob Walker for facilitating payments, including and especially illegal ones that Hunter did not want to be tied to directly, observed the authors of the Marco Polo Report.
Rob Walker's shell company received $6 million from a CCP-linked firm, State Energy HK Limited, one month after Joe Biden left the vice presidency: A U.S. Senate report described it as such: [O]n February 23, 2017, and March 1, 2017, a Shanghai-based company called State Energy HK Limited sent two wires, each in the amount of $3,000,000, to a bank account for Robinson Walker LLC. A Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) noted that it "[w]as unclear what the true purpose is behind these transaction and who the ultimate beneficiary is" In short, Hunter laundered money through Walker's bank account and emailed Walker days before a $3 million wire from the Red Chinese company hit Walker's account: "Can you do another [$]20[k] to my account pl[ea]s[e][?]
Other Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) were filed related to Hunter Biden’s business with international human trafficking, sex, and pornography enterprises. Just a small sample is documented through this link.
As the authors of the Marco Polo Report noted, much of what the Bidens do and did, while egregious, was not easily actionable under U.S. law. However, along with the money laundering cited above, there is a statue that might have been written with Hunter Biden in mind: the Foreign Agents Registration Act or FARA.
The FARA requires those acting as an agent for a "foreign principal" to register with the Department of Justice. FARA does not prevent any otherwise legal relationship or transaction between the parties; it merely requires the agent to register and declare for which foreign principal he is acting as an agent. Because the bar for complying with the FARA is so low, the penalties for violating the statute are relatively steep, including fines and up to five years in prison.
Hunter Biden and his business partners flagrantly violated this law for nearly a decade, as the exhibits presented in the Report clearly illustrate.
While prosecution for FARA violations is fairly rare, this was the exact law used to prosecute former President Donald Trump's one-time campaign manager Paul Manafort. In what the authors of the Marco Polo Report call a “sickeningly ironic twist” Joe Biden's feds also used FARA to "investigate" or better put, try to intimidate, Rudy Giuliani during his quest to expose the Bidens' crimes in Ukraine.
