The United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas ruled against the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in a high-profile case brought by the Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT).

The decision mandates the FDA to release the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) file for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine no later than June 30, 2025.

The case stemmed from a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request by the PHMPT, which sought comprehensive data related to the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.

The FDA initially claimed it would need up to 75 years to process and release the requested documents. However, the Court, presided over by Judge Mark Pittman, rejected this argument, citing the importance of government accountability.

A new peer-reviewed study calling for a moratorium on mRNA COVID-19 vaccines adds to a growing chorus of voices demanding that public health officials hit the pause button on the shots until definitive safety studies are performed.

The study, published in the winter 2024 edition of the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons, analyzed COVID-19 vaccine and booster data from Pfizer and BioNTech. The authors concluded that “at minimum,” health officials should institute a moratorium on the shots.

Based on incomplete data, “serious safety concerns,” and potential long-term risks, the authors recommend a moratorium on Pfizer/BioNTech’s COVID-19 modRNA (modified RNA) vaccines, according to epidemiologist Nicolas Hulscher, administrator of the McCullough Foundation, who analyzed the study in a Substack post.

The foundation’s founder, Dr. Peter McCullough, was one of the study’s authors.

According to the study, the Pfizer/BioNTech COVID-19 shot is a gene therapy “misclassified as a traditional vaccine.” The study also highlighted a lack of toxicology and carcinogenicity testing, deficient clinical trials, regulatory oversight failures and safety concerns relating to the spike protein and lipid nanoparticles in the shots.

Older versions of COVID-19 vaccines offered no additional protection compared with being unvaccinated, including against COVID-19 hospital admissions, regardless of the number or type of prior doses received. Sara Y. Tartof, PhD, MPH and colleagues report their study outcomes support the current recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for annual updates. Put another way, the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine durability continues to be a challenge, with waning effectiveness, necessitating the recommendation of an annual booster for any protection of hospitalization whatsoever. What is not contemplated are the potential long-term consequences of repeated mRNA boosters, year after year. This impact has not been studied.

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach announced Monday he is suing pharmaceutical giant Pfizer for misleading Kansas residents about the safety and efficacy of its COVID-19 vaccine.

During a press conference in Topeka, alongside Deputy Attorney General Fran Oleen and Assistant Attorneys General Kaley Schrader and Melanie Jack, Kobach detailed the allegations lodged against Pfizer.

“Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth,” said Kobach.

The complaint, lodged today in Thomas County District Court, accuses Pfizer of misleading Kansans about the vaccines’ risks, including potential harm to pregnant women and the risk of myocarditis. The suit further alleges that Pfizer falsely claimed its vaccine was effective against COVID variants, despite evidence to the contrary.
