Federal Judge Rules Against FDA For Anti-Ivermectin Messaging

100PercentFedUp.com

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, anyone who promoted Ivermectin was considered a conspiracy theorist and was condemned by the FDA but now a Federal court has ruled the FDA overstepped its authority when it told Americans to not use Ivermectin to fight against COVID-19.

U.S. Circuit Judge Don Willett ruled “FDA can inform, but it has identified no authority allowing it to recommend consumers ‘stop’ taking medicine.”

In one social media post, the FDA posted “You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it.”

In another post, the FDA linked to an article titled “Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19.”

The FDA has already approved Ivermectin as an antiparasitic drug for both humans and animals.

Here’s what Epoch Times reported:

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) likely overstepped its authority when it told Americans to “stop” using ivermectin against COVID-19, a federal court ruled on Sept. 1.

“FDA can inform, but it has identified no authority allowing it to recommend consumers ‘stop’ taking medicine,” U.S. Circuit Judge Don Willett wrote in the ruling.

The FDA has authority under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to convey information to consumers.

The FDA during the COVID-19 pandemic has issued multiple statements discouraging people from taking ivermectin against COVID-19.

Accompanied by a picture of a horse and a link to an FDA webpage on ivermectin, the agency wrote in one social media post: “You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it.”

The page it linked to is titled, “Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19.”

Three doctors sued the FDA over its statements on ivermectin, arguing the agency cannot advise doctors on which drugs to prescribe.

Ivermectin is approved by the agency as an antiparasitic drug for both humans and animals.

Here’s what Just The News reported:

federal court ruled on Friday that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) likely abused its authority when it used anti-ivermectin messaging to get Americans to not use it to treat COVID-19.

“FDA can inform, but it has identified no authority allowing it to recommend consumers ‘stop’ taking medicine,” U.S. Circuit Judge Don Willett wrote in the ruling, according to The Epoch Times.

The ruling was sent back to the lower court where it will be reconsidered.

“FDA is not a physician. It has authority to inform, announce, and apprise—but not to endorse, denounce, or advise,” the ruling reads.

Three doctors sued the agency over its statements on ivermectin, arguing the agency can’t intervene on what doctors prescribe their patients.

We just reported yesterday that a new leaked report says airlines are looking to BRING BACK MASKS in October.

Yes, really.

I fully expect a new “planned-demic” will show up right in time for the 2024 election.

Oh they might not call it “COVID” again and probably they won’t.
