Obama’s Co-Conspirators Including Victoria Nuland, Susan Rice, Alexander Vindman Told Zelensky to Reject Trump Deal

GellerReport.com

The same traitors who colluded in Trump’s first impeachment and Russia hoax: Zelenskyy, Sullivan, Blinken, Rice, Nuland, and Vindman were the architects of Zelensky’s blowing up the peace talks. They are acting as foreign agents.

This is treasonous and most certainly a violation of the Logan Act. Ironically, this traitorous act will have the opposite effect of what they intended – chalk another one up to the law of unintended consequences.

The Logan Act is a United States federal law, enacted on January 30, 1799, that prohibits unauthorized American citizens from engaging in direct negotiations or correspondence with foreign governments or their officials with the intent to influence their actions or policies in relation to disputes or controversies with the United States.

It was named after Dr. George Logan, a private citizen who, in 1798, traveled to France during a period of tension between the U.S. and France to negotiate peace, an action that frustrated the administration of President John Adams and prompted Congress to pass the law to prevent such freelance diplomacy.

The text of the Logan Act, codified under 18 U.S.C. § 953, states:
“Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”

Key points about the Logan Act:
Purpose: It aims to ensure that the U.S. government, particularly the executive branch under the President, maintains sole authority over foreign policy, preventing private citizens from undermining official diplomatic efforts.

Scope: It applies to any U.S. citizen acting “without authority,” meaning without explicit permission from the U.S. government.

Penalty: Violators can face fines, imprisonment for up to three years, or both.

Historical Context: Passed during the Quasi-War with France, it reflected Federalist concerns about interference by individuals sympathetic to foreign powers or opposed to U.S. policy.

Despite its long existence, the Logan Act has rarely been enforced. There have been no known convictions under the law, and only two indictments have occurred—one in 1803 against a Kentucky farmer who wrote a pro-French article (though he wasn’t prosecuted), and another in 1852 that didn’t lead to a trial. Its infrequent use is partly due to enforcement challenges, such as proving intent, and concerns about its constitutionality—critics argue it may infringe on free speech or be too vague to meet legal standards.

Professor Margot Cleveland:

Susan Rice’s interview on MSNBC is telling for two main reasons, both revealed in first minutes in same sentence: “Zelensky was compelled to agree to a horrible deal that would have sent Ukraine’s minerals to the United States” without any concrete security guarantees.”

So former U.S. National Security Advisor Susan Rice is objecting to a GREAT deal for America. WOW. And second, her language re “without any concrete security guarantees” sure seems similar to what Zelensky was trying to renegotiate.

You Can Draw a Straight Line From Ukraine Today to US Policy in 2014

You can draw a straight line from what’s happening with Ukraine today back to the Obama-Biden foreign policy of 2014: they launched a coup to install a puppet government in Ukraine, then used the country as a base of operations for corrupt money laundering and enrichment of the regime’s friends and family, all funded by the American taxpayer. It wasn’t just Hunter Biden getting paid (though he was the most obvious). They were all doing it. If Zelensky falls and an accountable government is elected, it’s over for everyone who used that country as a piggy bank for the last decade, and they all know it. That knowledge is what unites Obama-era Democrats and neocons. Nobody can ever find out what they’ve been doing, and the best way to keep it all hidden is to make sure the war never ends. Remember when they bombed Nordstream—Putin’s largest source of economic leverage over Europe—and then tried to claim Putin blew it up? Just wait to see what they come up when they finally decide Zelensky has outlived his usefulness.
