A judge has ruled that new elections must be held in Patterson, New Jersey, after mail-in voting allowed massive voter fraud to take place.

Elections “Irreversibly Tainted”

On Wednesday, State Superior Court Judge Ernest Caposela ruled that new municipal elections must be held in the New Jersey city of Patterson, after the previous elections were “irreversibly tainted.” The City Council special election on May 12th was supposedly won by Alex Mendez, but his opponent, William McKoy, suspected foul play, and filed a lawsuit accusing Mendez of fraud.

An investigation caused 20 percent of ballots to be rejected, and charges of voter fraud were brought against Mendez, another councilman, and two other men. Mendez and the councilman were accused of the unauthorized possession of ballots that weren’t their own, and also of submitting voter registration applications for those not eligible to vote.

Trump: “Look at Patterson, NJ!”

President Trump brought up the Patterson elections at the end of last month, giving it as a serious example that mail-in voting in November’s presidential election would likely make them severely susceptible to voter fraud.

“The 2020 Election will be totally rigged if Mail-In Voting is allowed to take place, and everyone knows it,” the President tweeted. “So much time is taken talking about foreign influence, but the same people won’t even discuss Mail-In election corruption. Look at Patterson, N.J. 20% of vote was corrupted!”

Trump Campaign Issues Lawsuit Against New Jersey

The case has now been used by the President and his team in a lawsuit against New Jersey Governor Philip D. Murphy, who wants to push universal mail-in voting across the state in November. The lawsuit argues that this directive is unconstitutional, and that only the legislature can make this decision, not the governor himself.

“In the state of New Jersey, where their universal vote-by-mail system has already resulted in fraud and disenfranchisement, Gov. Murphy continues to remove safeguards against abuse,” Matt Morgan, an attorney for the campaign said. “With a stroke of his pen, the governor told his people their votes may not count — they may even be stolen — and that’s fine by him.”

Clearly, this is proof right here that we can’t trust universal mail-in voting, especially not in the state of New Jersey, if we want a free and fair election come November!
