ActBlue in CHAOS: Democrat Money Laundering Giant is Imploding As Top Staff Rush For The Exits
Rats jumping ship.
ActBlue, major Democratic fundraising group, saw an exodus of senior officials and has “plunged into turmoil” as it faces an investigation from Republicans in Congress.
At least seven senior officials left ActBlue in late February, The New York Times reported Wednesday, citing a letter from the organization’s unions. That included customer service and partnerships directors who had worked at the organization for more than a decade.
The last statement from an internal ActBlue lawyer is ominous; from Grok:
The internal lawyer for ActBlue, Zain Ahmad, who was the last remaining lawyer in the organization’s general counsel’s office, reportedly wrote in an internal Slack message on February 26, 2025, that “we have Whistleblower Policies for a reason.” This statement was made before his access to email and other internal platforms was cut off, and it was subsequently deleted, according to a screenshot obtained by The New York Times. Ahmad’s comment suggests a concern about potential retaliation or the need to protect individuals who might raise issues within the organization, though the specific context or details prompting this statement remain unclear as he did not elaborate further in publicly available information. He is now on leave from ActBlue.
ActBlue has become a critical component of the Democratic Party’s fundraising/moneylaundering efforts. As of June 2024, ActBlue had raised $13.7 billion for Democratic candidates and causes. The organization dramatically increased the amount of “small-dollar contributions to candidates.”
ActBlue has become so vital to Democrats that if it disappeared, digital fundraising consultant Tim Tagaris said it would be “an absolute disaster for Democratic party fundraising.”
ActBlue was the creation of David Brock – best known for the propaganda outlet Media Matters for America. For too long, they have gotten away with political warfare and lawfare, not to mention fraud & theft & money laundering. Question is…which crime will they be charged with first?

Mysteriously, seven top executives have all left in the past three weeks, several of whom had all been there more than a decade. None of them will explain on the record why they left.
The last remaining lawyer at ActBlue’s general counsel’s office has been locked out of his email and put on leave after sending internal messages that “we have Whistleblower Policies for a reason.”
Two unions representing ActBlue employees are openly questioning the group’s stability and call the situation “alarming.” They’re demanding the hiring of an independent investigator.

Dem Fundraising Behemoth Reportedly On The Brink Of Implosion As Top Staff Rush For The Exit
By: Audrey Streb, Daily Caller, March 06, 2025:
Major Democratic fundraising platform ActBlue is facing serious turmoil with at least seven senior officials resigning last month and one lawyer implying that he “faced internal retaliation,” according to the New York Times.
The nonprofit, which has funneled hundreds of millions of dollars to all levels of Democratic campaigns over the years, is now facing internal havoc. Given ActBlue’s major influence in processing election donations, the group’s current instability could also greatly affect the Democrat party.
Two unions representing ActBlue’s employees sent a letter to the platform’s board of directors, according to the NYT. The letter cited by the outlet described the flurry of resignations since Feb. 21 as an “alarming pattern” that is “eroding our confidence in the stability of the organization.” The newspaper also stated that the reason for this exodus is unclear. The letter noted that ActBlue’s customer service and partnerships directors left, both of which worked at the nonprofit for over ten years. Several other senior officials, including the highest-ranking legal officer at ActBlue, left a week after these initial veteran employees bowed out, according to the NYT. The assistant research director, an HR official, the chief revenue officer and an engineer resigned shortly after.
Departures of legal experts in particular was cited as a major concern. “Those of us who work with our legal team in our day-to-day do not have clear direction on how to proceed with our work in their absence,” the unions wrote to the ActBlue board in the letter obtained by NYT.
