Video:Black Lives Matter Created by Radical Marxists, Funded by Organizers Convicted of Domestic Terrorism

Editor's Note:  It is absolutely astounding how many people blindly go along with crap like this.  They have no idea what they are supporting beyond a few mindless virtue-signaling talking points that TRIGGER THEM just the way the Left wants them TRIGGERED.  It is frightening how easy it is to manipulate so many people on queue.

While the radical group Black Lives Matter continues to receive support from both Republicans and Democrats, many are unaware of the group’s more sinister origins. One America’s Pearson Sharp has more on the organization’s direct ties to domestic terrorists.

Supreme Court Rules That Foreign Soros-Backed Operatives Do Not Have First Amendment Rights

The ruling was against the Soros-backed Alliance for Open Society International

The Supreme Court issued a ruling on Monday making it clear that a major front of progressive billionaire oligarch George Soros does not have 1st Amendment rights under the U.S. Constitution.

In the case of Agency for International Development v. Alliance for Open Society International, Justices Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Samuel Alito, and John Roberts ruled against 1st Amendment right for the Soros front. Justices Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg dissented against the majority while Justice Elena Kagan did not take part in the case.

The Alliance for Open Society International hoped to soak up federal funds earmarked to stop HIV/AIDS throughout the world. However, they hit a snag due to an act of Congress banning any group that supports prostitution from taking these funds. The pro-hooker leftist group attempted to sue to get around that act of Congress, but were rebuked by the conservative majority. Kavanaugh wrote the majority opinion for the case.

“We appreciate that plaintiffs would prefer to affiliate with foreign organizations that do not oppose prostitution,” Kavanaugh wrote. “But Congress required foreign organizations to oppose prostitution in return for American funding. And plaintiffs cannot export their own First Amendment rights to shield foreign organizations from Congress’s funding conditions.”

“Those foreign organizations are legally separate from the American organizations. And because foreign organizations operating abroad do not possess constitutional rights, those foreign organizations do not have a First Amendment right to disregard the Policy Requirement,” he continued.

“In sum, plaintiffs’ foreign affiliates are foreign organizations, and foreign organizations operating abroad possess no rights under the U. S. Constitution,” Kavanaugh concluded.

Justice Thomas wrote a concurrence to Kavanaugh’s opinion in favor of the ruling as well. He went even further than Kavanaugh in supporting Congress’ prohibition on issuing HIV relief funds to organizations that support prostitution.

“The Policy Requirement does not violate the First Amendment, regardless of whether it is applied to respondents, respondents’ legally distinct foreign affiliates, or any other organization, foreign or domestic,” Thomas wrote.

The Soros network is unhappy about the ruling and the fact that they will be denied the federal funds because of their international support for the flesh trade.

“The Supreme Court upheld the U.S. government’s quest to impose its harmful ideological agenda on U.S. organizations and restrict their right to free speech,” said Patrick Gaspard, president of the Open Society Foundations.

“The Anti-Prostitution Pledge compromises the fight against HIV by impeding and stigmatizing efforts to deliver health services. Condemnation of marginalized groups is not a public health strategy,” Gaspard added.

Regardless of their whining, the decision is final. The ruling could have the cascading effect of denying foreign Soros-backed operations any constitutional protections in terms of their alleged support for terror groups such as Black Lives Matter and ANTIFA as well.

Video: Declassified: How Antifa and Other Far-Left Groups Exploit the Protests for ‘Revolution’

Communist groups—including the extremist organization Antifa—are hijacking what started out as peaceful protests over the death of an unarmed black man to usher in a revolution, according to officials, experts, videos, and anarchists’ own words. That charge comes amid an unprecedented and coordinated effort behind the riots, the likes of which have never been seen before and which span across multiple states and involve often violent street-level tactics. Officials from both sides say that outside groups have exploited the recent momentum to further their own agenda. Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, a Democrat, noted that “bad actors continue to infiltrate the rightful protests” and that 80 percent of the rioters have come from outside the state. Federal officials including President Donald Trump have pointed to Antifa.

Video: Lara Logan on Antifa: ‘America Has To Die In Order For their World to Exist

Award-winning journalist Lara Logan was on Fox News today breaking down Antifa’s goals based on her personal experiences as well as a document she presented this morning. It was more terrifying than anything we’re hearing from mainstream media, many of whom are going out of their way to defend the domestic terrorist group.

Here’s the Tweet she shared today that shows what Antifa has as their “Revolutionary Abolitionist Movement’s 10 Points of Action,” a document that declares the goals and means through which to achieve their version of an anarchy-totalitarian nation. They believe through anarchy, they can achieve a revolution that leads to totalitarian rule by their “communes.”

Meanwhile, mainstream media outlets like the NY Times and CNN are running cover for the group, spreading their propaganda that they aren’t attempting a political and militant coup when, in fact, that is exactly what they’re doing. They have taken over parts of the Black Lives Matter movement, co-opting the death of George Floyd as a way to expand their ideology and rile up the people to revolt. These riots and looting sprees are not just about the police. That’s just a step in their plan. Their long-term goal is to spread the chaos to everyone in all parts of America in an attempt to bring us all to our knees.

Through anarchy, authoritarianism can rise. As authoritarianism rises and fails, totalitarianism is the subsequent recourse. We’ve seen it in the Soviet Union. China, Iran, and North Korea. We’re seeing it manifesting now in Venezuela and throughout the continent of Africa. And the forces behind Antifa want that to be the roadmap America uses to lead to its destruction.

If a media outlet is running cover for Antifa, they’re either being coerced to do so or they’re willfully ignorant to the truth. This isn’t a peaceful group with a few bad apples. This is a bunch of terrible apples spreading their vitriol among those who are taking to the streets. Many of the protesters came or the protests, but Antifa is doing everything they can to turn as many protesters as possible into rioters, and therefore their unwitting foot soldiers.

Put down the NY Times. Stop watching CNN. We need more people to pay attention to what real journalists like Lara Logan are warning us about every day. If you think this anarchy is about George Floyd, it’s time to stop drinking the mainstream media Kool-Aid.

Unmasking Antifa: New Law Would Criminalize Wearing Masks

Let’s see who these Antifa cowards are.

Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) has taken a step forward in opposing the cowards and thugs who hide behind masks while committing violence.  In July, he introduced the Unmasking Antifa Act of 2019, which is designed to punish those who seek to injure others while covering their faces, even when participating in constitutionally protected activities. The legislation specifically targets “interference with protected rights while in disguise”:

“Whoever, whether or not acting under color of law, while in disguise, including while wearing a mask, injures, oppresses, threatens, or intimidates any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 15 years, or both.”

In a press release, Burchett said, “The bill would also add an additional two years of jail time to anyone who destroys buildings or property within special maritime and territorial jurisdiction while wearing a disguise.”

Justice: Trump Supporters Can Now Sue San Jose Cops For Feeding Them To Protesters

In a huge victory for constitutional rights, Trump supporters in California have been given the go-ahead to sue the city of San Jose and its police force for allegedly putting them in danger following a campaign event in June 2016.

According to the lawsuit, San Jose police officers deliberately funneled Trump supporters into waiting hoards of violent protesters as they filed out of the McEnery Convention Center following the rally:

After the rally at the McEnery Convention Center, police directed those in attendance to leave from a single exit. There, according to the lawsuit, they were ordered to head out onto a street where hundreds of anti-Trump protesters were waiting, even though a safer route and other exits were available.

Apparently, San Jose police only protect and serve those with whom they agree. But would you expect anything less from the law “enforcement” of a sanctuary city?

Twenty plaintiffs in the lawsuit claim they were beaten or struck by objects thrown by the protesters. Indeed, there is extensive video footage of anti-Trump protesters both verbally and physically attacking Trump supporters outside the convention center, usually entirely unprovoked.

At the time, Americans across the country slammed San Jose police for not doing more to curb the violence and protect rally attendees. However, San Jose Police Chief Eddie Garcia praised his force “for both their effectiveness and their restraint” and argued that “additional force can incite more violence in the crowd.”

Thankfully, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals didn’t see it that way. A three-judge panel ruled unanimously in favor of the plaintiffs and wrote a damning indictment of the police in their decision:

The judges ruled that if what the supporters allege in the lawsuit is accurate, “the officers acted with deliberate indifference to a known and obvious danger” and “violated the Trump supporters’ constitutional rights.”

[…]

“The attendees allege the officers shepherded them into a violent crowd of protesters and actively prevented them from reaching safety,” Judge Dorothy Nelson wrote in the decision.

“The officers continued to implement this plan even while witnessing the violence firsthand” and even though they knew about the earlier attacks outside the convention center, the Chronicle reported. She also noted that if the allegations in the lawsuit were proved, it would show police bore responsibility for the attacks.

It seems that even members of law enforcement suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome – ironic, given that Trump has been a far greater champion for law enforcement than Barack Obama ever was. Furthermore, it’s highly disturbing to think that Trump supporters aren’t given equal protection within their community just because of their political beliefs. If deliberate police negligence occurred in San Jose, then all parties should be held accountable within the fullest extent of the law.
