The Republican National Committee wants more than 100,000 volunteers and attorneys to monitor the fairness and transparency of the 2024 election.
In an April 19 announcement, the RNC said it is launching “the most extensive and monumental election integrity program in the nation’s history.”
Dallas attorney Sidney Powell, known for her vigorous legal efforts to challenge the fraudulent 2020 election on behalf of President Donald Trump, has been fully vindicated by an appellate court decision.
The Fifth District of Texas Court of Appeals in Dallas, led by a three-judge panel, all Democrats, concluded that the State Bar of Texas’ arguments were without merit.
“The Dallas Court of Appeals has affirmed the Texas state court’s dismissal of the Texas Bar’s case against Powell. After three years of litigation, the Court of Appeals held the Bar had no evidence Powell violated any disciplinary rule in filing four federal lawsuits in the aftermath of the 2020 election,” Sidney Powell’s Defending the Republic said in a statement.
The State Bar of Texas Commission for Lawyer Discipline had filed a complaint against Powell, accusing her of violating several Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
The Supreme Court is right now in the thick of a heated debate over a federal obstruction statute that’s been used to go after hundreds of January 6th political prisoners. This isn’t just any legal tussle—it has massive implications for these punished patriots and also for the election interference case against President Trump.
Everyone’s watching closely.
As it stands, liberal Arizona voting laws have paved the way for non-citizens, whether they are legal or not, to register for and cast a ballot in the 2024 presidential election.
The Gateway Pundit spoke to retired U.S. Air Force master sergeant Nick Kupper, who is one of several state legislature candidates vying for a seat in the Arizona House of Representatives’ District 25. While the voting laws do not affect his run for office, he is gravely concerned about the upcoming presidential race.
“In Arizona,” Kupper said, “even if the state can’t verify whether you’re a citizen, people can still assert that they are citizens.” While these individuals are not allowed to vote in Arizona elections, they can still vote in the federal election. “They can still vote for the president,” he explained.
In an April 16 post on X, Kupper pointed out that “In 2020 Biden got 73% of the federal only votes & Trump lost AZ by 10K votes. There are now over 32K federal only voters in AZ which would give Biden 15K more votes than Trump in 2024.”

An unpublished op-ed by Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer discovered through a public records request reveals that he believes the First Amendment is “the biggest threat to elections and Democracy,” Americans ‘ opinions are “disturbing,” and that “it may be time to revisit our First Amendment jurisprudence.”
The election official in Arizona’s largest county also refers to his constituents and Trump supporters who know that Joe Biden didn’t legitimately win 81 million votes as “gullible,” “crazies,” and “idiots.” He even suggests that suing citizens for defamation would be a remedy to his problems if it weren’t for the First Amendment.
Jack Butler, editor of The National Review, rejected the drafted op-ed, citing Richer’s attack on freedom of speech.
However, days earlier, Richer apparently gave a similarly written speech, ironically in commemoration of Constitution Day, to students of the Maricopa County Community College District, which was approved by the district beforehand.

Six years ago, I stood a few feet away from Joe Biden at a fundraiser and was certain he was the only person who could save this country from Donald Trump in 2020.
However, by the end of the election, I would leave the Democratic Party for good. I saw them as corrupt, too powerful, and dangerous to the very democracy they now claim they want to protect.
Thanks to the relentless political targeting of President Trump, there’s been a spotlight on the use of “hush money” and secret funds to sweep indiscretions under the rug in politics. This shouldn’t come as a shock to many, given the nature of fame and power, but where do we draw the line? When is it acceptable for politicians to dip into taxpayer-funded slush funds to settle their sexual indiscretions privately, and without fanfare, and when is it deemed unacceptable for a private political candidate to do the same with personal funds? Here’s the thing that’s got everyone scratching their heads: Trump’s stuck in this political circus over “hush money,” where they’re all too eager to drag him through the mud over what amounts to a flimsy misdemeanor at best.
An advocacy group based in Northeastern Mexico that lobbies U.S. lawmakers has distributed and posted flyers encouraging illegal immigrants to vote for President Joe Biden in the 2024 election, according to The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project.
Translated from Spanish, the Oversight Project notes, the flyers posted by the organization Resource Center Matamoros say: “Reminder to vote for President Biden when you are in the United States. We need another four years of his term to stay open.” (The Daily Signal is Heritage’s news and commentary outlet.)
Wisconsin’s Department of Transportation provides a step-by-step guide for anyone without documentation of any kind to apply for an ID that can be used to vote in the 2024 election.
The provision is especially notable in the case of illegal aliens who may not have any documents to present but who still want to participate in the presidential election — in violation of U.S. law.
Government Agencies are illegally soliciting non-citizens to vote
and potentially entrapping them. Government workers who
perform these acts are committing felonies.

The Illegals receive immigration court or asylum application paperwork. They then use this paperwork to obtain a Florida driver license, state ID (per s 322.08) or a social security number.
Illegals then sign up for Florida food or medical assistance using the same immigration court or asylum paperwork. Once this happens an illegal will then receive a solicitation to register to vote in the mail from the government which is automatic since they signed up for assistance.
There is no wording telling the illegals it is illegal to sign up to vote if you are not a US citizen so the illegals sign up to vote in Florida and likely across the country.
