Rather than fix its own serious problems, Mexico exports them to the United States. America is Mexico's welfare state. Mexico a corrupt kleptocracy whose economy is based on oil, drugs, and remittances sent from its more functional northern neighbor. We should treat it like the hostile foreign power it is.
